I'd argue Bortles biggest issues were his motion, his feet (nearly as bad as his motion), and ability to make reads. 

Many of the other issues stem from those three to varying degrees, imo.

These are not issues that getting a smoother motion are going to completely fix or make starter level. 

He's a a deeply flawed QB independent of a wonky motion.

And all of these would have looked a lot better had he had better mechanics and thrown the ball better.  I guess you have your opinion and I have mine.  Etc, etc

They are more mental flaws than physical trait issues. A better motion would make him a better QB, but still deeply flawed in many areas. 

There's plenty of QBs who had great mechanics but the mental side of the game kept them from being a QB worth starting, the same would be true of Blake imo , even if he fixed his near league worst mechanics.
