Pulling for the Lions for our buddy D6

Hyped for the Lions tonight for our buddy D6!  Dan Campbell and that team biting kneecaps, clawing and scratching with Amon Ra, Goff, Chark, D'Andre Swift, and the boys going in to Lambeau to knock off Rodgers and the Packers! Setting up a Jags/Lions Super Bowl!

Yep, the Lions are the "second team" of many of the fans on the forum thanks to our loyal friend D6. It would be pretty special to have both teams in the playoffs after being written off at midseason.

Go Lions!

Probably not, but we'll have a better idea in 2 years from now.

DJ Chark ends the Packs season. How depressing for them

To be honest, given the nearly THREE (3) decades straight of Hall of Fame quality QB play between Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers and the accompanying Super Bowls, playoff appearances, high profile, etc., I shed no tears for the Packers missing the playoffs, no matter how depressed their fans may be by the development.

I DO, however, congratulate D6 on their win over us, their win over the packers, and their good season overall.

Worst to 1st.  Curse Reversed!

I meant it mockingly, of course...I'm no fan of Rodgers.

Bullseye, thank you for the same in the thread.

Congrats on the Jaguars 5 game winning streak to close the regular season and on the Jaguars winning the AFC South Title!

I believe that a key to the Jags overcoming the adversity they faced in the Lions game was Trevor Lawrence coming back into the game for the Jags first 3rd QTR possession and leading the team to a TD(and 2 point conversion). The leadership Lawrence displayed very likely caught the attention of everyone with the Jags. As great of a job that Doug Pederson did with the Jags learning from their mistakes and focusing ahead, beginning with the game at Tennessee, Lawrence made Pederson's job much easier than it would have been in a typical situation.

Good luck to the Jags against the LA Chargers. This is a tremendous opportunity for the Jags against a talented Chargers team but one that I believe the Jags have a substantial homefield advantage and coaching advantage against. #BeatLA
