Attacking my age now? I'm in my mid 30's

Did you have a point or just wanted to concoct a reason to attack someone rather than add value of any kind?

What's wrong with jailing people who disagree with you?
Quote:Never assume for malice what could simply be stupidity.
Hello pot, I see you've met kettle.  :teehee:

Yeah, you have zero knowledge of the crapfest that Reagan and his economic policies saved us from. You have no memories of gas lines, the Misery Index, or Mister Peanut and his Malaise Speech. That's all.

Gas lines were caused by Carter? I'm pretty sure that is not accurate...

You could have just made that point to begin with instead you chose to attack my age is if it has any real bearing on the conversation at all.

Reagan did exactly what he was supposed to do. Increase profits and wealth at the top while keeping the bottom stagnant. It's verifiable fact the wealth gap has increased in this manner. Trickle down economics has been shown to be a sham.

the Iranian revolution didn't happen till 1979... the oil crises was caused by opec... not something Carter did or didn't do. If I remember correctly from my old econ classes from the 90s...

It happened twice in the 70s, '73 and '79. The first was the embargo, the second the Revolution.

How did Carter cause the one in 73?

Well, Carter was a democrat. "Florida Sports and God" is a republican. So mostly that's how.

"His failures in our response to the Iranian Revolution directly affected the country's energy fears."

You conveniently left out the part about the republicans before him that started the problem but why mentioned that? It doesn't fit your right > right narrative.
