Anyone who doesn't think Blackmon has/had everything it takes to be a #1 receiver has lost all perspective on what a #1 receiver is to begin with.

If you don't think teams were already game planning for him YOU are high.

How many 6'4" sub 4.4 guys that produce are there?

Is/was Reggie Wayne a 1? Would you take that? Steve Smith? Colston? TO? Fitzgerald? Marshall or Jeffries? Etc.?

This concept that you there are these freaks to be had is silly.

Give me Bolden type who puts up consistent 1000 yard seasons and ill thank my lucky stars.

Call him what you want and don't worry about game planning for him.

I'm perfectly happy with him having 200 yard games.

Quote:I do agree that Blackmon is not on the AJ Green/Calvin Johnson/Julio Jones level.

He is a very very good WR though.

WAS. To my knowledge, he's not playing.

Ryan O is obviously butthurt over something. Dempsey kept asking why he felt that way and he really didn't have an answer, even when Dempsy was like, " well with the plethora if 200 yard receivers we've had ......."
