Win in the trench(o line and d line)

And...BOOM goes the dynamite.
Avoid 2nd and short on defense.

Pressure the QB

No turnovers on offense.

Create turnovers on defense.

Win the field position battle. Force them to have long drives to score.
Chad Henne hit by bus between now and kickoff... non-life threatening but season ending injuries

You really have only two keys there because the others are redundant.

When I started this type of thread every week, I listed five keys for the offense, five for the defense, and five for special teams. But now we have so many new players, I'm not sure I can make up 15 keys this week.

1. PROTECT CHAD HENNE. The offensive line was bad in preseason with three new players starting inside and a lot of new backups. They have to play better.

2. CONTROL THE CLOCK. Time management will be very important because the Eagles have an up-tempo offense that is much better at scoring touchdowns.

3. FORCE TURNOVERS. No matter who is playing, the winner of the turnover battle usually wins the game. We need both interceptions and fumble recoveries.

4. AVOID STUPID PENALTIES. We can't afford to let the Eagles get first downs or keep Bryan Anger busy by breaking the rules. Every yard and down matters.

5. RUSH THE PASSER. As long as we don't hit his head, we need to sack Nick Foles all day to get him off the field. Forcing bad passes will also be necessary.

Is that sarcasm? Gus Bradley already said Chad Henne is starting.

You don't get sarcasm or any innuendos, do you?

But we've established you're only praying for Bortles. I was just trying to get along.

Sorry man, i guess i ate the cheescake
Quote:I thought we were an offense with faster tempo now.... I don't think we need to take a step back into the Del Rio era based on who we are playing.
This team uses no huddle and huddle.  This week we need to keep the ball
Foles is easily rattled if you can get to him. That's the key.

I don't even know what an innuendo is. My sarcasm meter is almost dead.

While you're praying, maybe you can ask for a dictionary?

Hopefully the newly revamped line will be able to get pressure on him.  We spent a lot of time, money, and energy on the rebuild.

LOL I can just look it up online. No problem.

If you pray hard enough, perhaps you can make up some more.

Someday I want to count the starter changes on both sides of the ball. How does  the line look now - Alualu Marks Miller Bryant?

LOL Nah, I don't care about that.
