Regardless his opinions are about as valuable as garbage can hot dog. I can't imagine he would even be given that much responsibility.


A little integrity and a more down to earth demeanor would probably really lesson the crap he gets. It'll never happen though.

I'm not concerned about him running the kitchen.  I've got good friends in the restaurant and bar businesses, and in both cases, I know what that's code for, and your suggestion that it's 3 employees and 12 items on the menu is probably spot on.

I'm not so sure.  Probably safe from any concerns from this post (i.e. a trade).  But if Cecil gets hurt again this year, I doubt we'd re-sign him.

That gives him a year to wear the jersey. 

 

Hopefully Shorts stays on the field.  If he does, he'll be our first 1k receiver since Jimmy Smith. 

With Blackmon done, Cecil is our most experienced guy, we must keep him until our others receivers have developed and are dependable.

Once you bought it and a reasonable amount of time passes, thats it you own it. Even with mistake purchases.

Yeah, it's ridiculous to think your #1 receiver might get more reps than the rookies on the roster.  Just ridiculous.

Its not a playoff year. I'd rather give the reps to WR who are going to be part of the future. (Robinson/ Lee/ Hurns) All have higher upside than Cecil.

I dont care about this quote except for the fact that now you finally are coming around to the realization Blackmon wont play this season, hence Shorts is now the leader of the receiver pack.

 

But if we trade him, then our only experienced pass catcher would be Lewis who you are on record wanting to get rid of as well.

andre johnson isnt part of the future though. why not give any of the young guys reps?

 

also idk if you know this because you would have to watch football. but 95% of the time there is more than 1 WR on the field at a time.
