Out of 49 games, he coached them to 17 wins, 15 draws, 17 losses in the 2nd division of English football.
Those are facts.
Here's an opinion for ya: KY doesn't know what he's talking about.

Quote:Thank you. As would the Chiefs.
Titans had Mariota and KC had Smith.
Ifnwe had either we'd definitely be turned around quickly. QB play is to vital to "expect" .500 though.

Well, if it fails Dave is fired. So im not sure how it matters unless hes talking about Shad or Dave in his future interviews.

Turnover free QB play is vital. If the defense stays where it's at and just improves a little bit more in the pass rushing department we should be looking at .500 in 2017. And I think it's fair to put that pressure on the next head coach. Especially if that coach has either done it already before or specializes on offense. If the running game improves and the turnovers get cut in half, whether it's Bortles or a new guy throwing the rock around, this team SHOULD be winning seven to eight games in 2017.

Just think we see things differently if you think a team can be .500 with poor QB play. Even if we hire an offensive mind that doesnt mean he can definitely fix Bortles. Options in FA are limited. Rookies are more likely developmental guys. We arent getting a solid turnover free guy anywhere.

Someone brought up an interesting point that potential hires are allowed to speak with the firm whereas they are not allowed to speak to the team without prior approval. Could be a creative way to get a head start on the interviewing process.

You're not seeing what I am seeing. If Bortles has only thrown 9 INT's right now compared to his 18 INT's at this same time next year in 2017 we're leading the division with how our defense has played so far. We don't need Tom Brady, Drew Brees or Philip Rivers to win this division in 2017. We need smart QB play with a more consistent ground game and for this defense to stay the way it is while improving in the pass rushing and turnover department. That's what will get this team out of the basement in 2017 and in 2018 we can expect more things out of them.

Makes sense and it's surprising the NFL hasn't cracked down on that loop hole. I am sure it's coming though at some point.

I admit I don't follow soccer at all... but his resume seems pretty decent..
Quote:Jokanović was living in Madrid when, in September 2007, he joined the technical staff of Tercera División club CA Pinto. However, three months later, he became the head coach of Partizan, replacing Miroslav Đukić who left to take the reins of the national side. His family (wife and three children) remained in the Spanish capital.[9]
In May 2008, under Jokanović's management, Partizan won the double (league and cup). He was also selected as the year's "Best Coach in Serbia" by the Football Association of Serbia, but refused to receive this award due to Partizan's poor results in the group stage of the UEFA Cup.[10]
Jokanović led Partizan to another double in his first full season, winning the league by a margin of 19 points over former side Vojvodina. Thus, he became the first coach in the club's history to successfully defend the accolades; on 5 September 2009, however, he left the post by mutual consent, bidding farewell through an open letter.[11]
On 28 February 2012, Muangthong United F.C. introduced Jokanović as their new head coach, and he signed a one-year contract with an option for a further two years.[12] In his first and only season, he led the team to the third <a class="" href='https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thai_Premier_League' title="Thai Premier League">Thai Premier League</a> title in their history, going undefeated in the process.[13]
In mid-July 2013, Jokanović replaced Nikolay Mitov as manager of Bulgarian team PFC Levski Sofia.[14] He was relieved of his duties in October, due to poor results, but club supporters claimed that he should have been given time to change things around.[15]
On 5 May 2014, Spain's Hércules CF confirmed Jokanović as coach until the end of the season, replacing Quique Hernández who had been sacked with the team in last place in the Segunda División table.[16] He only managed one win in his five games in charge, in an eventual relegation.[17]
On 7 October 2014, Jokanović was appointed on a short term contract at the helm of English <a class="" href='https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Football_League_Championship' title="Football League Championship">Championship</a> side Watford, their fourth coach in five weeks.[18] Under his leadership, the Hornets were promoted to the Premier League with one game to spare, sealing it with a 2–0 win at <a class="" href='https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brighton_%26_Hove_Albion' title="Brighton & Hove Albion">Brighton & Hove Albion</a> on 25 April 2015 for their 15th win in 20 games;[19] the team was also minutes away from winning the league title in the final match, but conceded an injury-time equaliser to Sheffield Wednesday that allowed Bournemouth to overtake them.[20] On 5 June 2015, after failing to agree to a new deal, he left and was replaced Quique Sánchez Flores.[21]
On 14 June 2015, Jokanović was appointed as coach of Maccabi Tel Aviv FC. On 25 August, he led the club to the group stage of the UEFA Champions League for the first time in 11 years, after ousting FC Basel on the away goals rule.[22]
Jokanović lasted just over six months in the role before he elected to return to the Championship, joining Fulham on 27 December 2015.[23] After avoiding relegation by one place, he set a target of top six for his first full season at Craven Cottage.[24]
