Pretty good numbers for his career. Still a lot left in tank. Good, hard nosed, change of pace back.

Todman does nothing special, at all. DRob has much better acceleration, long speed and has some wiggle to him. Todman has ok speed and will pick up what is blocked and get tackled by the first man. Thats a #3 RB at best to me. When Denard fixes his fumbling problem he will be very good IMO.

In a ZBS, he fits perfectly. Great vision, he's patient, and is a bruiser. His speed isn't great but he can run away from guys.

Gerhart really fits a ZBS perfectly. He doesn't really like to do extra moves. He makes 1 decisive cut and heads north, lowers his shoulder and always falls forward. 

Yeah, I was against signing him in the NFL at large thread...but now that I see how small his career workload is I'm ok with it. Solid, not spectacular.

Dude he's horrible. Other than the one season, his YPC have been garbage.

Wow, bold statement. I like the one two punch of todman and gerhart. It won't be the best in the league but with ZBS it has potential to be serviceable enough to help not hinder a rookie qb if need be.

I watch a lot of Vikings games living here in Minneapolis, Gerhart is a solid runner with good vision (hence his 4.7 career YPC), he's also outstanding in pass pro and catches the ball well out of the backfield, his running style is built for our zone blocking scheme, think Alfred Morris in Washington.

You think CJ sucks and is a me player, yet you are wanting the Jags to sign Revis if cut? Is he not the biggest me player the league has ever seen?


You don't rush for 8,000 yards being a sucky player.

Only 276 carries? He's ready for some work!

I like running backs with attitude and a smash mouth mentality. Hopefully dude turns out to be a complete bad@$$

Not a fan of this signing...but at least he's been playing behind AP so he still a young 26 year old back.

Am I missing something. He didn't look slow in the highlight tape. 

Any chance that he will be our starting FB? Good pass blocker and receiver.

He's not slow. Some people don't watch other teams. He's going to get 15-20 touches a game.
