Quote:Yep, he's never been on a team as bad as the 2014 and 2015 Jaguars. Had he come out in 2014 and joined the Jaguars the same questions we're asking about Bortles (is he a franchise guy) would be asked about Luck.
No Chad would be playing. He has issues being healthy.
Quote:Yeah Bortles is great. Leads the league in INT's and lowest 3rd down conversions. He's the next Brady.
No one is saying that. But Bortles played better then he has, and we should all want him to succeed. If he takes heat for his bad performances, then he deserves credit for the good

I am more than ready to give him credit for the good whenever that happens.

Making play out of nothing is considered good in most peoples standards.

I saw positives today. Were they major strides that meant we're witnessing a complete turnaround? Of course not. But id rather see flashes of hope then even more regression.

Exactly. Hurns needs to catch balls like he is being paid to do so. And bortles needs to get better accuracy yet Robinson has to go back to last years form. Cause last years Robinson would of hustled to make the catch. The issue is our number 2 receiver is not challenging our number 1 receiver. And I hope lee takes out both. For sleeping on him.
Personally to teach hurns he is not playing well. Ya sit him and let lee take over the number 2 slot. And next week in practice ya play the better one.

Oh you meant like give credit for each individual good play. He had a small handful of good plays yes, but overall he was still the glaring weak link of the team (along with Parnell, though he had his worst type of physical matchup and got no help for some reason). The defense and running game were more than good enough to win today.
Quote:No he is a de? Did you watch the game? Or just talk trash?
Uh... I just broke down the entire play.
You said something about dee ford... Who I assume was the CB that was guarding AR15 based on my breakdown of the play and your weak analysis.
Now you said this, "No he is a de?". I literally no longer understand what you are saying.
But one thing is for sure, I watched the game and I think you may be having a mental breakdown or a stroke.

Arob made the tough diving 3rd down catch on the first drive of the game, he made the tough toe tap catch for the TD, he made the tough sideline catch for the first down in the 4th quarter, and he didn't make the tough diving catch on the poorly thrown deep ball or the other wide open deep ball that he might have been able to dive for also. That's a pretty good ratio.
The problem is waaaaaay too many of his catches have had to be very high difficulty (even when he's open like today), and it's much easier to remember the tough drops and not so much the tough catches.

Dee Ford once again is not a corner and doesn't cover number 1 receivers.

However AR15 is known for his amazing grabs. He is not himself this year. We can say bad throws all we want. But to say he is the same be lying. Receivers need to challenge eachother to get better. I don't see Hurns with the fight I wanna be number 1 this year. Nor do I see Robinson. That is why Lee is going to take over one of the two slots. Be it this year or the next coach.

So? What's your point, exactly?
I pointed out on that final 4 down play, there were several places BBmalepatternBaldness5 could have gone with the ball. His lack of awareness is what made that play fail.
BBINT sucks.
dee ford was your arguement about my breakdown of the play and the recievers who were running routes in single coverage. Your argument sucks. Almost as much as BBINT.
With all due respect to those that are losing their hair, of course.

Pressure buddy. Ya never had to meat deadlines and felt pressure? Prior to this game Walters has sure hands.

What does this have to do with what we were initially discussing?

Throw to who? Who was coming in? Never mind over your head.
