I like it. At least it's SOMETHING. I'm also glad it was Hackett over Marrone.

Gotta save Marrone to be the interim coach when Gus gets the axe next.

I like this move. Will it workout? Who knows, but at least someone is finally recognizing there is a major problem and it's being addressed in some way.

Rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic is a useful endeavor.

Haha that's what I was thinking at first, but maybe it was still Olson who had a bigger impact on BB5 than Hackett

Good point. I am still hoping that happens.

<p class="">While verbiage won't change for <a class="" href='https://twitter.com/hashtag/Jaguars?src=hash'>#Jaguars</a> offense, Hackett believes in playing with more speed, tempo. That should help Bortles.

Doubt it will change much, but at least Hackett's offense seems to play to Bortles' strengths.

Any change is better than no change. We can only get better from here.

Can't wait to hear him and Gus with their "We gotta establish the run" LOL. 

 

After doing a quick research online Bills fan weren't exactly happy of his work as OC but well I'll take whatever at this point (keeps running it up in the middle on every first down, zero creativity, where the first results), until Gus Bradley is fired nothing will really change.

Better than nothing. Not much is going to change drastically midseason regardless of what it is. I'll happily take a chance at the offense improving/changing things up from their current god awful gameplan.

Exactly. It will do more than rearrange chairs on the Titanic, but not enough to save other coaches.

Yeah, not sure this is any upgrade at all. Happy that Olson is gone, but this is could be as productive as promoting Todd Wash to DC. Regardless, Olson is gone

At least Todd Wash was a fallback plan after Jim Schwartz declined our job offer. He had most of the offseason to get ready.
