It's not like Blake has always been hurried. My guess he's seeing coverage staying deep and we don't have any jump ball type receivers on the roster.
Hard to take chances and test them when we're behind. Have to go back to our identity and get some points on the board...

They're spying him with one of the LB's. Bortles is a pretty good runner but not enough to outrun a linebacker.
