That is never a reason to NOT draft a QB. Every star NFL QB was normally the first one to come from that college in a while.
There is no true QB-U. Even Oklahoma is debatable because we don't really know what Baker or Kyler will become.

I think his recent seizure issues might have scared some teams off.
Dallas gets the 12th pick and a 3rd round pick to move down from the 10th spot via the Eagles.
I actually wouldn't be surprised if Eagles went QB here. They didn't seem that sold on Jalen Hurts when they were talking about him possibly starting a little while ago.
