I don’t follow... what’s so bad about a military vet announcing your pick?

Feels like that but Trubisky and Foles werent going to save them.

Both Nagy and Pace are clowns. This is what they have given up now for QBs during their tenure.

The Bears reportedly gave up the No. 20 pick and a fifth-round pick this year and first- and fourth-round picks in 2021 to move up to draft Fields.

Trubisky was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the first round with the second overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft.[30] The Bears moved up from the third overall pick by trading the San Francisco 49ers two third-round picks and a fourth-round pick.[31][32]
Its 10pm and were on #12, so the 25th around midnight

Micah Parsons plugs right in to the middle of their defense and instantly improves it.

I didn't think LB was their defensive issue though. Thought it was Edge, CB, Safety, and even DT before LB.

A player as dynamic as Micah is an instant improvement overall imo.

I agree with you overall but with Jaycee Horn and Patrick Surtain II getting selected earlier than most thought, Parsons was an ideal selection - especially after the retirement of Sean Lee.
Cowboys got themselves a great LB. Philly got their WR, but it may have come with a cost they’ll have to deal with twice a year.

I thought they said next years 1st as well. That's an awful lot for a guy who was dropping and teams coming up who dont need a QB.

They were going CB 100%, but the top two CBs got taken right before them, which is why they traded down. Any Safety, DT, Edge or 3rd CB would have been a reach over Parsons.
Maybe the Jags will join the rest of the league on being a pass first team..

On the other hand, JR should really eat yards this season with defenses forced to play the pass..

I’d thank her for her service and let her know how proud I was to be representing her home town on Sundays.
If somehow Kwity Paye slides to 25, would anyone here like him as the pick?

We get that you don't like Fields.

But trading up from #20 to #11 for the guy they think will be a franchise QB and giviing up a 22 1st, 22 4th, and 21 5th picks is actually a reasonable trade.

I get that. If they couldn't find a trade partner though, I would have gone offensive tackle though.

Quit stalking me psycho.
So what’s the over/under on them going to commercial for our second pick? Laughing
Charges dumb. Get herbert weapons. You can develop respectable nfl linemen in the 5th to 7th rounds. They're just fat big strong men. Draft skill playmakers in the 1st rd

They made the same mistake they did when they traded a boatload of picks for Trubitsky, lol.
