Yeah it wasn't good but after hearing some of the details about how everything was run under Meyer, it's hard to know how involved Lal actually was.
Like lal has a history with several other teams with good results. This would be like 1 out of 6 or 7 stops where he didn't do a good job so I just wonder if it's the outlier or if there is more involved
It looked like a combination of dysfunction from the HC, injuries (Chark, Agnew, Jones), and lack of talent when it comes to securing the ball (Shenalt). I know virtually nothing about the receivers coach, but running into each other on routes is either not knowing the plays, not hearing an audible, or just bad play design.

Don't try to make too much sense of these know-it-all's opinions. They've tricked themselves into thinking they actually have a clue about how football works.
Okay, Darrell.......... we should all divert all questions about the offense to you, since you have such a "brilliant" offensive mind................

Who will hire the #1 offensive coordinator coach bevel for the 2022 season?

Just strive to be a little more creative in your thought process -- that's all I'm asking.
Nothing encapsulates the past few weeks quite like this gif. As a metaphor, it hits on many levels for me…. Most notably being the Jags front office and organization as a whole rising from the ashes left by the Urban Meyer debacle, but there are probably several other metaphorical connections to be made here as well.
Pederson’s staff has come together nicely, that’s for sure.

I like Bevell as a person. Seems like a good dude. He was also thrown into tough circumstances. Wish him nothing but the best, but situations dictated a new coach here.

Whoa. People changing their minds to CHOOSE Jacksonville?! That never happens.
Seems he’s pretty well respected.

I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if we offered him an extra 0 onto his contract to sway his decision.

There was a delay (uncertainty) on hiring their HC so he decided to recant and come to Jacksonville if I'm not mistaken. A Good Catch on the rebound.
Time Will Tell.
NH3...

Let the new wr coach/Allen Robinson rumors heat up now.
Honestly I personally really like this staff. I wanted Byron but I'm not sure Byron puts together an overall staff like this. Fairly impressed.
So we hired the Bears assistant WR coach? That seems awfully shaky considering how underwhelming the Bears WRs have been forever.
