And Cisco
Getting a Bucs-heavy staff, plus’s a SB winning HC. Lots of success at the highest levels coming in to coach this team. It may cause a sprig of hope to take root in me yet.

I sure hope they announce a special coach for TL. I reckon the kid is nearly a goner and has so much work to do on game wisdom, pocket mechanics, everything. It’s going to take some special mentoring to make that great arm an effective NFL qb.

Why? No matter what, he still doesn't fit a 3-4 scheme.
Did I miss the WRs and TEs coaches?!?

Still no news on those two positions.

I don’t think he would have been offered the job if true.  I’m pretty sure Shad doesn’t swing that way and I don’t believe such an act would be considered good form for an interview for a job not in the adult film industry, but who knows in these progressive times.

Heh.

Really hoping we replace Sanjay Lal.

Why does everyone hate Sanjay lal? Is it just the lack of progress from some of the receivers last season?

I feel like Sanjay lal was pretty highly regarded around the league and helped guys like Sammy Watkins, amari cooper, and Michael Gallup have some of their best seasons.

It's possible the Meyer circus prevented him from doing his job to the best of his ability and the new staff thinks he would do better.

No. He just sucks as a coach. Our WR's regressed with him as coach.

Did you see our receivers run into each other? Or how terrible they were at the depth of their routes?

Yeah it wasn't good but after hearing some of the details about how everything was run under Meyer, it's hard to know how involved Lal actually was.

Like lal has a history with several other teams with good results. This would be like 1 out of 6 or 7 stops where he didn't do a good job so I just wonder if it's the outlier or if there is more involved
I feel like even with the dysfunction, we shouldn't have seen such regression from our WR's.

Don't try to make too much sense of these know-it-all's opinions. They've tricked themselves into thinking they actually have a clue about how football works.
