Sure, he's not a Y, but there are several tight ends that spend most of their time lined up in the slot or outside. Cook and Gesicki come to mind. Ertz, Andrews, and Kelce tend to quite a bit as well.
Likely and Mitchell were in Chris Simms' top 5 TEs of the class for whatever thats worth

He doesn't play inline at all and he is a terrible athlete. We don't need a 3rd TE that is a glorified slot receiver, and the worst athlete of the 3 at that.

OLM is no longer on the board after the Trevon Walker pick, but FWIW, he had Likely as his 3rd rated tight end.
I'd actually be completely fine taking James Mitchel over Likely as well.
I wouldn't mind Likely this late. I don't think he'll make it to us in RD5 though. Some team will take him here shortly. Green Bay could be the team here towards the end of RD4. Rodgers still needs as many targets as he can get. Likely is probably a steal at this point and he'll be able to be worked in with Rodgers at QB. He'll make him look good as a rookie.

If he doesn't go there I think if Kansas City has a pick coming up they might eye him there because Kelce is pushing close to 33 now I think and they need somebody to start developing.
Its 100% gonna be Justyn Ross isn't it?
If we draft Likely, I will be ecstatic.
Steelers with Calvin Austin III. Man, nice pick there.

Haskins went to the tacks? [BLEEP]. That's kind of scary to me for some reason.
Ravens take Kolar and now Likely? Odd

Damn it. The Ravens are going to draft every TE in the draft

Was Andrews extended yet?

Signed until 2025
Another kicker (Jake Camarda) off the board in the 4th round.
Steelers already went out and supported their rookie QB that they took two days ago better than we did our #1 pick generation talent. Awesome.

Hmm. Interesting.
Of course the Packers took Tom.

They should have moved up for Calvin Austin.

Putting Calvin in the slot with Claypool and Pickens towering on the outside is looking pretty good. Too bad they still don't have a QB, even after drafting Kenny.

Also, I think you meant Malik Willis going to the tacks. Honestly, I'm not worried about his arm - its his legs we have to defend against. But with Henry as their battering ram, they should adopt the wing-T offense lol.
Greedy ravens
