Baalke needs to shutup about seeking value. Strange would’ve been there in the 3rd and possibly the 4th.
Saw this late. This was a reach. Juggling to grade this with either a D- or an F. This doesn't take away from him succeeding here under Doug's usage of TEs. I thought he showed some promise at PSU. Just the value here was almost 2 rounds off.
