Hooker is a steal at this point. Detroit has quietly had a nice, safe draft so far and I think fans will be pleasantly surprised by midseason. A multipurpose back, a sound ILB, a smart SS with nickel ability, a tackle breaking machine in LaPorta at TE and a potential future franchise QB in Hooker?
You could do far worse. That division is primed for a new takeover with Rodgers out of there and Cousins is on borrowed time with the Vikings if he cant get it together in the post season.

Exactly.
Richardson has the highest upside of any QB in this draft if he actually pans out with his incredible athleticism and arm talent. But that's a big if that the clots took a gamble on.

Well yeah. Of course not. They aren't even the same type of player. I like Hooker as a pro much more than Richardson and I'm a Gator fan.
