So... "cool" story bro.

98% of scientists and NASA...

And you think you are on the correct side?

Lol!!!

Like I said, you are keeping the same company as the people that say the earth is flat.

Project all you want, but your position is the one that houses shills and crack pots.

I'd reconsider my position if I was in the same company as those morons. No offense.
NASA never lies

Al Gore also... always a straight talker.

I believe in the truth.  Which is the only "side" I'm on.

Sorry you feel you have to spin, reach, and ignore so much truth to continue believing things that aren't so.  That in itself should scream to you that your foundation of belief is off base.

Your stance is more flat earth than my own, so it's bizarre you'd even say that.  All the faux science was saying it the way "man made" climate change is portrayed today.

If you aren't smart enough to realize that politics and funding have corrupted the so-called "science" behind this political movement then you've already lost this battle and will likely never realize it.

Quote:No offense, guys, but it's a University level course.  The arguments against climate change are similar to the arguments that Sandy Hook was a false flag.

There's no real evidence, just suspicion on the side of the climate deniers.  That's not what college is about.

I mean, it's like you people are mad that a University physics teacher would tell flat earthers that they should drop his class.

It's the same thing.  Climate change deniers and flat earthers are the same people.  There is no place for that type of discussion in a university setting which is founded on a debate and dialogue of empirical facts.  The minute a climate change denier starts questioning the temperatures of NASA the professor should shut that moron down.  Sorry, that's not how University works.  I know here in the jungle some of us may thing NASA and all those temperature stations are all fixed. But that garbage doesn't fly at a University.

Scientists agree almost to a 100% level that climate change is occurring.  If a climate denier wants to have a discussion, they can come here, go to reddit, or go to some other place where science isn't important to the discussion.

I agree with you.  It's like if a person enrolled in an astronomy course and wanted to use course time to debate the age of the Universe, whether it might actually be only 6,000 years old.  The professors are simply saying, our course starts with the premise that climate change is man made.   If you don't like that, don't enroll in the course.

You give one alleged "fact" and the rest of your post is insults and lamestream guilt by association tricks.

Do you even know where that 98% number came from and how it was derived?  I do.  But I'll give you a chance to explain it first.
Anchorman is acting like he really did extensive research before coming to a conclusion.  He's simply taking the theories face value and believing them.  That's how these arguments usually go.  They don't actually present evidence other than saying, "Hey, everybody believes it."  Well then, it must be true.

He doesn't even seem to get the problem at hand here.  If it was cut and dry, SO EASY to prove climate change is man-caused, then the evidence could be presented during a debate in class and be done with it.  The problem is the evidence isn't all that convincing and there are counter arguments to be had.  This is a university where critical thought is supposed to be encouraged.  Instead what's pushed here is dogma.

98% of students also said Trump University was a quality educational program. You aren't going to argue with the 98%, are you?
Not having a well rounded education means extremist of the left cannot discern science fiction from science fact.  They flunked the basics.  Not knowing the difference between fiction and non-fiction.

Exactly as it was "concluded" the Earth was flat.  Destroyed by his own flaccid position.

I'm not gonna argue climate change with people who don't accept facts from scientists and NASA.

Sorry.

Go bark up another tree.

This topic is about a university course and what these teachers have as their class policies.

If you flat earthers\climate deniers want to debate that, there's a thread thats like 100 pages on which to post.

Go look up the definition of student.
You can't argue because the facts aren't on your side.  It is a losing battle for you.  Always was, always will be.

Now go look up the definition of scientist.

Don't hurt yourself!
Flat earther?  stop being dramatic.

Of course you won't debate it.  Neither will this professor, and that's the problem.  This is a free country.  We don't silence free thought.  It should be encouraged and if something is untrue, there should be no problem in presenting evidence to debunk the theory.

These people can't handle differing opinions all the while claiming to be tolerant.  This is intolerance.  This is a dogmatic belief system that is all too common in our society.

In my philosophy class, everybody was permitted to present their ideas and thoughts to the table and everybody had a civil discussion.  Apparently that's being done away with in this class.  The thoughts are provided for you, no need to come up with your own.

Nice try.

When discussing topics, if my choice is between flat earthers that don't believe in NASA, or NASA...

I think I'll go with NASA.

You can believe whatever you want. But climate change has been confirmed.

Again, this topic isn't about me and my position.

I don't know why pointing out that scientists and NASA have confirmed climate change gets you all hot and bothered.

But don't twist this thread into another debate on climate change.
Here he goes with the flat earther talk some more.  cut it out.  you're making a fool of yourself.

Luckily at my uni nobody argued that double entry accounting is a government conspiracy and got kicked off the course...

This is a free country. You are free to not take that class if you don't want to.

There are plenty of other humanities classes that are available to take on order to graduate.

That's freedom. I'm not surprised that a trumpette is confused on what freedom is!!

Lol!! I kid I kid

Sorry bro, but if you deny the data provided by NASA you are in the same box as flat earthers...
Lol... "hot and bothered"

The truth doesn't get me hot and bothered.  I'm not the one looking pretty silly spinning and contorting just trying to keep my balance here.

Again, that should raise red flags that you're probably not on the right side of the truth.

Not only has Goddard actually performed the science, he also explains the fraud behind the science fiction.

Quote:Sorry bro, but if you have fallen for the faux "science" you are in the same box as flat earthers...

Fixed it for you.
