But, it sure has been nice seeing competent depth and well coached depth at that for a change around here in Jacksonville. I have been very impressed with what I have seen out of Pederson and his offensive staff this summer and especially Caldwell on defense. I was ready to throw him out the door last year as a first year DC. Granted, we still have a full 17 games to get through, etc. However, these guys are passing the eyeball test early and that's a tip your hat moment to the coaches here.

I agree of course.  Pederson designs a really great offense, calls the right plays at the right time, but most impressively, teaches the players to execute it.   Even the backups.
And here we go.

100%. Having that stability with the coaches has been really important but so impressed the attitude and identity of this team. Players look focused and know their roles and playing hard for the team. When you think of the disaster zone the last guy left, to get these players to buy in and turn it around is just an astonishing job by Doug.
Wow, what an arm.

^^This
Cooks has to make this team. Works well in traffic.
Usually fumbles on exchange are the fault of the QB. The RB should have his eyes up looking at the blocks ahead of him; it looks like rourke tried to pull it a little late on the RPO and put it on the ground.
You're not sneaking Cooks through the waiver wire. You let him go and it's just like Allen Lazard 2.0 all over again.

He's big enough to take the 4th TE spot from Farrell.
Hell Yes.

Cooks has stood out this preseason, his routes could definitely be cleaner but he just seems to have great football IQ and that definitely shows up with him getting open
Cam's got to feel like a man amongst boys out there.

I remember when we couldn't find one to save our lives.

So glad we are having this problem rather than the former.
