Not sure which, but Doug has transformed this team, imo.

It's a bit of both. Harris and Cooks have been making highlight reel worthy catches that are tough or fighting back to the football and snagging them in traffic.
They're getting traction.

It's also down to coaching. We have done a terrible job for as long as I can remember in developing talent. We had so many high draft picks that never grew into superstars and all our late picks etc never became starter quality.

Doug is finally improving the players on the team. You saw the same mistakes as we usually had at the start of last year but he coached them out of it and they started making game winning plays and that got some confidence and momentum.

Bad coaches make good players bad. Good coaches make bad players average. Doug is a really good coach with a really good quarterback, and this team might be great by the time we're done.
Final quarter of a solid preseason fellas lets go.
No sacks.

Exactly this. I'm way more optimistic about these wow catches and Harris's height/athletic traits than I am about Jones scoring a long TD on a double move that the corner bit hard on.

I will say that i really like that we have enough depth and talent at each position that we all have different favorites and opinions of guys were high on; like it's so refreshing to have an abundance of talent so that the bubble/bottom of the roster is a matter of taste vs the least rotten garbage or figuring out how many spaces should be filled by waiver claims from other teams bc there's just not players worth keeping in camp.

Considering both our starting interior defenders are hurt I think the starting defense did pretty well.

Ledbetter and Gotsik are 3rd and 4th on the interior dline depth chart.

Parker Washington shouldn't get a spot...imo. He's truly a practice squad player that I don't think any other team will try and sign.

Bosselli & Prisco think he sticks because he's a draft pick and he can return kicks and punts. if he were undrafted idk if he'd be a lock; he'll likely be inactive on gameday most of the season.

What happened on the injury?

Not sure. They'll break it down here shortly maybe after the break. They said he wasn't moving and they're bringing the backboard out to get him out of there. That's usually not good.

It seems to be bad.

Looks like an elbow shot to the head. Concussion more than likely.
Shot to the helmet, game over.
So sad if it’s a neck injury with paralysis. Ugh.
Call the game. No need to risk more injuries tonight.
