I'm aware that the line sucks. I'm not talking about Etienne's skill. I'm talking about his numbers. The REASON for the numbers don't matter. The point was that the numbers are regressing and with the defense also regressing we aren't winning.

Actually the reason for the numbers does matter.... You can't be talking about his numbers and then ignore the fact for the reason for the numbers.... You can't say look at his numbers and then not dig in and find out why his numbers are regressing....

Because it doesn't matter. I didn't say Etienne sucks. I said Etienne can't run the ball and the defense has regressed.

The problem is its lots of things. Injuries to key players, oline struggled all year, run game has stopped working, play calling is horrible, D can't get stops or turnovers, Trevor is trying to overcome everything and is making mistakes and he's got 2 injured legs and coming off a concussion. 

There's an awful lot of things to overcome and we can't find anything we can use to build on.

Nah he has to over come more then any QB in history and set records or he's a bum.

I don't even know where to begin in the offseason with this team. Press Taylor needs to go. Doug needs to start calling the plays again. The O-Line needs to be completely revamped. The defense needs an overhaul. The secondary has been horrid and the defense has only looked good because of the turnovers. It's all or nothing with them.

We need to draft plenty of offensive line.

Elite RBs should be able to overcome poor oline.

No one is asking him to set records. We're asking him to stop being careless with the ball.

Sadly that's how some people see it. Trevor isn't playing well at the moment and is pushing trying to make things happen but damn he is not the reason we are how we are right now.
