No one is saying the defense isn't playing poorly. It's a defense that relies on turnovers and when those don't happen...
That doesn't excuse Trevor's poor decision making. Even if it's because the wideouts are running the wrong routes...throw to an open guy within 3 seconds. He has 3 seconds.

Sadly that's how some people see it. Trevor isn't playing well at the moment and is pushing trying to make things happen but damn he is not the reason we are how we are right now.

Missing Kirk hurts bad. Trevor knows he has to carry this [BLEEP] show on his back so he's forced to press. He has to try and make chicken salad out of chicken [BLEEP] and that aint easy.
There are open WRs and the hot routes have appeared open. He is just staring at the blitz and holding the ball. He is not playing fast and is not accurate throwing it. Not sure if it's timing from not practicing or being hurt.

Turnovers have turned into 14 points.
Trevor has become a turnover machine.

And that's also true. But when he's got this Oline, D giving up points every drive and throwing to rookies, boy are we making it hard on him.
Halftime analysis just spelled it out. Trevor is not healthy and this offensive line sucks. Spells nothing but a disaster. Too bad the brain trust cannot see it and act accordingly.
If Doug won’t fire Press (like he wouldn’t in Philly) would you fire him?
