Press Taylor is waiting in the wings for jus this moment!
Whoever we bring in, I hope the coahes uses a FB
Wouldn't it be crazy if Shad Khan is all ready to pull the trigger Monday, but we win the game today? The conference room is reserved, the lawyers have signed off, severance packages have been prepared, and then... oops.

We already know we can't win when we need to win, the question for today is, can we lose when we need to lose?

Would be very #becausejags but why would one additional likely lose or one additional very unlikely win change anything? It should be abundantly clear to shad by now that changes need to be made

Todd Monken maybe from Baltimore probably.
The offensive line is [BLEEP]. No push again in the ground game. Nice pass play on 1st, double dip on the ground game on 2nd and 3rd and you [BLEEP] failed. Morse now hurt and probably Engram. Can't do [BLEEP] right on offense. Incoming 80 yard run by Gibbs now I bet.

I miss the days of Freddy T, MJD and Greg Jones...

Pederson is done.

Can we somehow leave Doug and Co. in Detroit and smuggle the Lions OC and assistant staff members back with us?
He's a soft minded head coach with a soft offensive philosophy as given by how poorly the team run blocks and doesn't get any pressure up the middle. Can't stop the run either.

Three years in and we still don't know what the Jaguars offense does well, or what the Jags defense is good at stopping.

I want him gone today. Brian Flores would be my hire.
Today's game HAS to be it right, the one that seals his fate? He HAS to be fired by the end of tonight or early tomorrow morning, right?

Who is he?  You fire one you have to fire both imo

Oh...you mean which of the 3.

Doug, Press and Baalke need to be gone...but that would be a bit much.   I'm good if it's just Doug and Baalke together.

It should be 4 actually.  Nielsen needs to go as well but for now just Fire Doug and Baalke and the new HC will get is staff
Firing everyone now would feel good but ultimately does it matter if done now or when season is over? The longterm GM and head coach won't be hired until the offseason no matter what.

It just needs to happen. At least gets the narrative going, puts everybody else on notice, gives potential suitors a chance to maybe take a peak into what the roster looks like, etc. Could also provide a spark. Point is, we know we're dead in the water with this current staff and front office.

How much worse can it possibly get than what we have seen today? We get a bye week. This is the perfect time to cut bait, let the interim get that extra week off to prepare mentally and then see if they can manage to win a few more games.

Really don't want to [BLEEP] lose to the tacks or clots. At the minimum. Make those games competitive. I would love to see them get a week off and come back home and spoil the tinhorns to some extent. Maybe [BLEEP] them in a seeding spot in the grand scheme of things. I don't know man. It just feels like we need to move on now.

Yeah, need to Fire Baalke and Doug tomorrow imo.
Is it finally over ?

I hate this logic. Like if you know you're firing him anyways the question in my mind shouldn't be why now? It should be why not now? I mean the benefits are that if say the interim takes over and does amazing, you got to try a new person at the helm and maybe keep them. You also send a message to other coaches and players that the team isn't messing around anymore, perform or you're gone. What's the benefits to keeping him?
