Yes. There are many reasons out there as to why the Jags should fire him but how about how horrible the Jags are at the first 15 scripted plays? They are so bad in Q1. Then, when Trevor kind of lets it rip, they look good.

There are real coaches that can actually fix this team. We're not that far from being a Super Bowl contender. The problem is with this coach that has no passion to actually motivate and train the team.
I've been saying it for 2 years now.

This should be one of the most tempting job for a top coach. Honestly, this team is ready with the right coaching and one good off season.

If Pederson is still the coach, I could see both him and Baalke surviving based on saying "the team turned it around."
If Pederson is fired but Baalke is still in the building, he will tell Khan "see it was the coaches, I picked good players and you should keep me around."
Both of these would be horrendous outcomes, but I don't know how you convince Khan to fire both of them before that stretch of games.

I've been saying this since last year. It was obvious last year that Dougie and his boy weren't willing to actually do the work.
This team is ready for a real run. But it's not going to happen with Pederson and his OC.
Lawrence is such a good QB, and we're wasting his time with this aweful HC and his idiot OC. I'm sure NYC4Jags will give us videos about certain plays. But it's not about 1 play. It's about the entire game. It's about the preperation before the game. It's about the game plan. It's about how the offense is ready to go. It's about not having 4 pre-snap penalties before the 1st half is over. It's about having discipline.
But no, it's not the coaches. It's the players. Even when the clots have 4 wins.
Let me remind you guys. The clots have 4 wins.
We smoked the clots! So how do they have more wins??? It's insane how these mods are trying to protect our coaches. These coaches are absolute trash cans.

I've been suggesting firing the whole staff and GM for weeks. How the hell is that protecting coaches??
And stop making this about you vs mods.
Holy hell, I'm just another fan talking football unless someone breaks the rules and I happen to catch it.
Some of the people disagreeing with your garbage takes just happen to also be moderators here. Get over it.

I definitely think this team will rattle off a few wins late if they are healthy.
Hopefully ownership is already a step ahead of letting that dissuade them from accountability in the form of change.

I've been telling you and your boys since last year that this coaching was not good enough.
I've been proven right. You have been proven to not be correct. You are and your boys have been proven to be wrong. I told you that. I kept telling you that. But you and your boys decided to gang up on me and others that kept telling you that the coaching was not good enough. Guess what, NYC4jags, I'm smarter than you. I saw this coming and you didn't.
So you can keep trying to insult me, you and your boys. But I told you 1 year ago that this wasn't going to work. You and your boys are not as smart as any of the rest of us. So stop trying to pretend you are.

Take that thought further. If the jags win against these difficult teams here in the next 4 weeks, jags can go on a crazy streak. Like said, the schedule gets easier. Who knows? This team can get hot.

LOL
You didn't even realize Doug was the problem until I explained it to you. You were certain Press Taylor sabotaged our once great offense.
You had to have it pounded into your brain for months before you figured it out.

Just stop poking at me so I don't have to respond to your insanity, please. Post whatever drivel you need in order to feel better - but stop referencing me or "the mods" or whomever your little delusion is telling you is out to get you today. No one cares, dude.

WRONG again
This year's line has literally replaced the two worst starting positions from last year's line and the whole unit played like crap in all but 3 games so far. Two of those 3 good performances happen to be out only wins. It is NOT a coincidence.
What a stupid attempt to ignore reality.
All I know is that I've been correct about this coaching staff.
And yes, this O-Line is just as good/bad as last years.
It's not the O-Line that is the problem. You and your blind friends keep blaming everything except the one obvious thing.

I'm not sure what you're talking about. You were complaining about Press for the longest time and saying that he was doing a terrible job with his offense even though it was Doug's offense. You wanted Doug calling the plays. Doug is a [BLEEP] coach at this point and it doesn't matter whether he is calling the plays or not.
