Hurns is well deserved to be on the list.  Anyone who said otherwise is a hater

Hurns spider chart isn't aesthetic so of course KY doesn't like him.

Glad he isn't get the recognition he deserves. Lock him up, Dave.
Quote:This is even worse than when y'all tried to argue Hurns was a top 20 WR. An evenly distributed top 100 would include roughly 10 WR. Obviously this list isn't evenly distributed so some positions with incredible NFL players are just plain getting shafted, but even if WR is 1/3 of the entire top 100, which would obviously be insane, Hurns should maybe baaaarely make it.

If Hurns is on the list and some guys who are way better at his own position like Keenan Allen, Brandin Cooks, Emmanuel Sanders, Jeremy Maclin, Doug Baldwin, Jarvis Landry (I could go on) it's just a joke sorry.
oh no, please go on with the joke. I thought you were serious.

Honestly, do you ever wonder why people give you crap? It's stuff like this.

Learn to football.
Hurns and Telvin Smith, two of the most underrated Jags made it. Maybe they aren't so underrated amongst their peers. I still don't know how Hurns went undrafted. I think he holds a few records at the U that not even Irvin or Andre Johnson have.
I guess he went undrafted because he wasn't fast, quick, ran sloppy routes at Miami, and had inconsistent hands..

He's just improved all around. Good route runner and very tough & fearless

he had to have some good traits in order to break records at Miami. Judging a players celing is one of the harder things to do.
I dont see how any Jags fan that watches the team every Sun can sit there and say Hurns shouldnt be on the top 100 list. 7 straight games with a TD, made game winning plays, over 1000 yrds and 10 TDs, made clutch plays almost every game.  Not to mention our toughest WR that catches the ball over the middle with no regard to his body.  Crazy

Naw, there was a report that came out about his medical and teams were worried about injury.  The guy holds Miami single season record for receiving yards over AJ, Irvin, and Wayne.

he has been often injured but he's tough enough to play through it. Makes me wonder how much better he could be at 100%.
Quote:Hurns ain't making any top 100s don't be silly.

Oh the disrespect !

Agree, there are also numerous times I see him wide open and Bortles dont even look his way.  That first juke step is nasty

Saying Hurns isn't a top 100 player, but merely a nice #2 WR, isn't disrespecting him. Just look at what the breakdown of a relatively proper top 100 should be, and it is disrespecting to far more players to have Hurns in a top 100.

You do know the players vote on who makes the list right? His own peers selected him as a top NFL player when asked to vote. How is that disrespectful to other players?
Funny people who haven't tackled this man on the field tell men who get paid to tackle this man for a living they are wrong for giving respect to this man's ability. Some of you people are so used to having nothing good happen for the Jaguars would deny good play of the game. Which just proves the point players WE DEEM AVERAGE are viewed more highly across the league. I ask this question how many of those players you so called geniuses say are better than Hurns would put that type of production with a sports hernia smdh busters.

Currently Google-ing to find out if there's a chart for that last question before KY responds.............

I'm actually not so sure...every year we hear players ask who the players are that vote for these lists, cause they neither voted or know anyone who voted. It is not a well represented list no matter how it's sliced.

Cooks isn't even close to hurns. Sanders is a product of manning, was below average in Pitt. Maclin and Landry are about equal to hurns, but they both made the list not far behind him. The only guy better that you just named is Keenan Allen.

Let's not do the conspiracy theories. We both know the league isn't going out of their way to do the Jags any favors putting players on the list for the Jags. If we were talking about Dallas or New England then you may have a point.

Cooks just put up 1100+ yards and 9 TDs, and he isn't even going to be 23 until after this season starts. He is knocking on the door of being a top 10 WR.
