Please stop comparing Bortles to a QB that throws less than 15 TDs a season
Quote:Please stop comparing Bortles to a QB that throws less than 15 TDs a season
Please stop comparing a QB who had his team a chip shot missed FG away from beating the Seahawks in the playoffs to a QB who has his team picking top 5 for the second year in a row. See, it works both ways again. Please stop this there is no grounds to compare any QBs from the last two drafts yet.

You were high on Geno, you are not telling the truth! Maybe you didnt think he was the next Peyton like you said of Teddy but you were pretty high on Geno and you wanted him to be our future QB. You don't have to lie to kick it! Its ok, you can admit you were wrong again. I was wrong on Manziel, only if he could of got his life together and cared about his career that could of made him filthy rich.

Stop comparing Bortles to an qb Who's clearly riding the coattails of a Hall of Fame running back and a top 5 defense. If Bortles had the same things he would have won the AFC South by a landslide

Thats like saying Rex Grossman almost won the SB for Chicago or Brad Johnson won it for Tampa or Trent Dilfer won the SB for Bal. Thats all you are saying when you say Teddy took his team to the playoffs. Although he will never make it that far even with those defenses

How can they possibly consider to re-sign Bridgewater?  Surely they'll have enough sense to move on to a better long term prospect by then.  Unless "QB purgatory" is something they actually like.

Because Teddy B single handedly carried that team to the playoffs. Please Stop Bridgewater was just along for the ride. Half of the leagues backup QBs can do the same thing Bridgewater does

Teddy is the only thing holding that team back. If they didnt make the mistake of drafting Teddy instead of Carr, I think they possibly could of been in the SB last year with Carr at the helm.
Quote:lol, he thought Geno Smith was the next great the year before and wanted us to take him in the first.
ive seen you bring this up dozens of times and its never relevant ever.

This is the stats teddy had against the greenbay packers which clinched the division: 10-19, 52.5 comp % 99 yds and 1 int for the game. We killed Blaine Gabbert for having the same stats and we ran him out of town for it. lol. Teddy is alot of things but he ain't no blake bortles and derek carr that's for sure.

You are making my point for me. We have no clue how Teddy's stats would be on a team like the Jags, and we have no clue what Blake's would look like if he had an all time great RB and one of the best defenses in the league.

The situations and expectations could not possibly be more opposite, and to try to make a claim on either side with the amount of information we have after only two years just makes anyone sounds like an idiot.
I'm losing IQ points reading these responses, y'all have fun with this ridiculous thread.

Teddy is God because of spider charts and my blog..

It proves he swoons for QBs.  Particular QBs, who aren't nearly worth being drafted where he wants them being drafted.

Poor.  Judgment.

being wrong once means youre wrong forever

Teddy B is a below average QB
Quote:Teddy B is a below average QB
ur so mad Smile
Quote:And you remember the plethora of pick sixes Blake has thrown the past years?

You mean the two over the average he threw last year? That 'plethora'? With one of them not even close to his fault (a deep ball being returned for a touchdown isn't reasonable to pin on the QB) and most of the rest being at points where the game was basically over?
Quote:staring at touchdowns is a pretty [BAD WORD REMOVED] determination seeing as Blake has a top 5 receiver, another top 20 receiver, Julius thomas, and a decent line.

What did teddy have? AP behind an Oline with one good player stefon diggs as your only receiver and kyle rudolph
Now I know you're trolling cause you didn't watch the Jags and say we had a decent line. BB had no time at all to get rid of the ball 90% of the time.
