This is terrible news. I just got back from a cruise with a bunch of Podiatrists. I stubbed my big toe while disembarking and had to go to the hospital. I saw a guy that looked a lot like Gruden there.

Strange......

This. Right here is #1 on my list as to why MJF is the worst.... SHE'S NOT EVEN A FULL BLOWN JAGS FAN.

I made it very clear many times I am a full-blown Jaguars fan. I just happen to also like two other teams. Nothing wrong with that.

You do know these are the kinds of things that get people to pick on you, right?  You continue to do it....you are smart enough to see a lot of things on this board, but you continue talking about your fandom for the Broncos on a Jaguar message board.  What do you expect people to respond with?

Sarcasm?
I guess my impending punishment will not come soon enough. I started this mess and others at running wild with it. Post 57 in the Pro Bowl game thread I mentioned that Robinson had broken his toe, from that point I continued to pile on the sarcasm and dry humor fully knowing what JW's limitations are.

JW, I apologize if I hurt your feelings. I never thought it would go this far.

I'm curious, how old are you? (I don't mean that as an insult) Did you have a favorite team prior to the Jags?  Do you still root for them?   I was born in New Orleans and was a Saints fan since birth and I remain one today.  Granted, once the Jags were awarded to Jacksonville, the Saints became my SECOND favorite team, but if they were in the Super Bowl this year, I'd be making a pot of gumbo, cooking some red beans and rice and/or Jambalaya and doing a shrimp or crawfish boil, just like I did when they WERE in the super bowl.  Doesn't make me any less of a Jags fan.

Yo momma insults?  Confusedweat:

Somewhere there's a deep discussion about this topic, my personal experiences with Aspies, and why I don't this poster is legit. Take it for what you will, I won't lose sleep over it.

My team before the Jaguars was the Steelers because I was born there and semi rooted for New Orleans because we moved there before Jax.  I root for neither.  I think he makes a fair point.

It is not my fault that other people think it is bad to like two teams. That is the responsibility of Jaguars fans who fail to respect my different opinion about liking more than one team.

No, but you follow the team. She just shows up here and talks out her backside while correcting everyone else.

Yeah... OK... I have to give you that one... LOL

I strongly believe there is no reason to stop rooting for one team just because you start rooting for another. To me that just makes no sense unless you are jumping from the Colts, Titans, or Texans to the Jaguars.

What are your reasons for rooting for the Broncos?

Edit: Just curious.

In my opinion the test is if the Jaguars are playing (say week 1 so late season scenarios don't enter into it) your "other" team.  Who do you root for?     For me, if the Jags and Saints are playing... there's no doubt. I root for the Jags.  Not even close.

Or the Packers?

I'll ask you too.  How old are you?  Reason I'm asking is how many years were you a Steeler fan?   I was a Saints fan for over 25 years before the Jags were awarded. Hard to just turn that off.

That's the thing though, for me....if the Jags are my number one team I am rooting for them regardless.  She has proven there were times where she has rooted for Denver over the Jags.  The reason she gave was draft pick spot, but that's garbage.  I could use that excuse in week 1. lol.

Listen I have no ill will and don't want her to leave, I just want her to recognize that the way she treats people sometimes leads to the way she is treated. Sometimes she is downright mean, and whether she knows it or not it can rub people the wrong way....not everyone here knows her situation.

I liked the fact that they won a lot of games, including the playoffs, by using the West Coast offense and 4-3 defense, I liked Mike Shanahan and the players. There was nothing NOT to like about the Broncos.

I was 14 when the Jags got a team.  To your point, rooting for the Broncos, Packers, and Jaguars from afar seems a little strange for me.  There are a lot of people that just make up allegiances to some of the strongest teams in the NFL only so they have a strong possibility of a team at the end.  If you want to be a front runner that's great, I've just chosen to suffer with the Jags I guess.
