Marshall Faulk is stupid.  It would be news worthy if he said something intelligent on NFL Network.  I think there's some sort of Idiot Quota.  If NFL players start getting smart, they'll come to the Jags message board and hire a few people here....  :whistling:

Quote:You already started a thread about this...take it back over there. Don't hijack this one.

Im not hijacking a damn thing. I asked the guy a question. Ive been on topic and will continue to be. Stop trying to follow all my post with a biased comb. I know you wanna ban me so bad.
Quote:Did you think Mariota played better than Bortles?

No he put his team in position and movedthe chains. He was extremely frustrating to watch because he stays focused even if its check downs. He does enough.Bortles even after the turnovers had the guts to rifle a pass to JT. Credit to Blake!
Quote:I dont disagree glad we won the ugly game. Ill take it. What do you think about Gus's game plan today?
I think you revel in negativity. This isn't college ball. Wins in the NFL are hard to come by. Why don't you try to enjoy a win and stop fraternizing with a tacks fan whose only point to stand on is his team was injured. Go jags , I was in that stadium tonight and I'll tell you jags fans are proud and strong and had that stadium rocking loud. Props to you guys who have stuck with this team . Better times are coming and now the division is in our grasps. Enjoy this, lots of tacks going home crying, wishing they had won this "ugly" game.

I thought both coaches called horrible games, and both were too conservative. The playcall in the redzone for the Jags was particularly bad, run, run, sack and 3 consecutive runs. I think considering the talent at WR and TE they should have done more to challenge the secondary. Bortles was playing pretty well, but the pass rush was getting there and I think disrupted the timing of a lot of plays. I felt like Mularkey went way too conservative and started to play not to lose once they had the lead. In some ways it was understandable given the level of talent out there on the field, but I think this game solidified his departure at season's end. Ugly game, but the Jags were the better team tonight and made the deciding plays.

Whatever. Stay on topic and there won't be any problems.

Ill be 100% honest with you. I had no idea Baconator is a tack fan. But at least were talking about the game. For some reason your bringing up college ball> Im not talking about college. Why are you? Either way go Jags!
That's his opinion. Marshall isn't usually biased against us.

His opinion is wrong but it's still his.

Go get the guy that wants to talk college ball and stop focusing on me.

Mularkey is not a good coach. Both coaches are limited but both have strengths to work with. But this offense is not being utilized properly. I think Gus needs to be more assertive and demand better play calling at the redzone. Its like since they cant call the fade they want to run. Have some guts and call a bootleg or something else. But Ill leave it at that. Im being watched and we have to stay on topic or ill be banned. Oh and now that I know your a tack fan we can never talk again. And to stay on topic Both QBs will be leading our respective teams for years.

What are you doing right now? Replying to me...

I think its only a good thing when teams in the AFC south are at their most competitive. Glad not everyone on this board is out of touch with reality. Good game tonight, I think its going to be another tight game in a couple weeks.

Theres no doubt. That d-line was pesky as hell. Hopefully our line can get a handle or im not sure will be as fortunate in Ten.

Look at you, you just cant help your self. I think you love me or something.
Quote:Blake turned it over twice. Mariota with less talent did well. Thats not a slight.

Mariota did well?  He was gifted his only TD and that should have never happened by 3 straight questionable penalties.  I'm not going to say Bortles did well, but Mariota played just as poorly.  It would be nice if Bortles had anytime in the pocket.  He was literally running for his life all game.

OMG its like you guys cant read. Did I say he played like Joe Montana? Blake has benefitted from PI calls as well. So please dont disqualify everything because you got teal glasses on. No issue being a fan but be honest.

This times a million....

The refs gifted (I'm talking wrapped up in a box with a bowtie) the tacks their only TD on that drive...

How did he put his team in position to do anything?  The only time his team was in position was after 3 gifted penalties.
