Quote:I have no idea, they're just salty because Bortles had  2 really bad turnovers and failed to capitalize against a beat up defense. I thought both guys played pretty well considering the horrible blocking by both lines, and the serious lack of any support cast for Mariota. Overall it was an ugly game between two really bad teams.
Don't forget the most important part.  Jacksonville won and Tennessee LOST.  After your whole entire post, that fact remains.  It's tough to be salty when you just beat the Titans.

The win was already acknowledged you moron! The conversation went further than the obvious.

What's your problem?

I didn't respond to you.  I didn't get offended that people pointed out good and bad about both QB's.  You need to back off and cool it.  You're responding to everyone on here like it's your job.  Get some self confidence and self esteem for yourself because you clearly need it.  You're taking everyone's comments as a personal insult.
Quote:That's the difference between MM and BB5...

Even with his weapons earlier in the season, MM continuously checked down game in and game out...

Kendall Wright, for the most part, took a 5 yard slant 60 yards for the TD.

BB5, on the other hand, throws the ball down field more often - allowing his receivers to make big plays. His gunslinger gameplay comes with mistakes too, but he has made a lot more great plays than he has bad plays... Just his ability to extend plays on every snap and survive the rush with our putrid offensive line should be praised immensely.
They are on opposite ends of the spectrum. MM looks to be the safe check down QB who makes minimal mistakes. Not a bad player and will probably end up being really good. Blake is the gunslinger who loves to push the ball down the field. Makes plenty of mistakes, but make a lot of dazzling plays as well.

They'll both be fun to watch for the next several years.

You're certainly welcome to reply how you wish.  No argument there.

I'm sorry that you're struggling so much with people having opinions that are different than yours.  I promise when you get a little older you will learn that is a fact of life that people see things different.  I suppose this board is a good start for you to experience the world outside and if we're all here to simply help you to be successful, so be it.  Keep your chin up and use this opportunity to practice learning life skills.  I'm sure you'll be okay when you're ready to enter the real world.

I hope your day today improves.  Obviously something terrible has happened to you recently and you're still struggling with it.  All the best.

He struggles with a lot of adult things.

Lol don't be stupid. Man your like a hurt woman right now. You have no idea who I am. So don't pretend like you know anything about me chump. Also you are just flat out wrong. I don't go around attacking people's opinions. It usually is the other way around. I post my honest opinion about the team and some jilted loser comes around crying about how I don't football because I don't sit here and lead the cheer. Get it straight.
Honestly, who cares what Faulk thinks aside from the network?

He's certainly entitled to his opinion.  It won't taint my view of how the game played out last night.

BTW, I thought Mariotta looked okay last night considering he had no receivers on the field.  I do think that with a bolstered pass rush, we can deal with him though.  It's funny to see the Jags and tacks both enjoying young and rising QB talent, while Indy has the guy who is supposed to be the second coming, and Houston has, well, nobody.

Go ahead. List it out...

Well it is how the thread started.

It isn't really what he thinks. It's HOW he presents it. Scoffing and laughing at his co-workers for trying to analyze the game. Ya know... their job,

He thought it was an awful game between two awful teams....

That's fine.

But his smug unprofessionalism on camera is what had me taken aback a bit.

Rubbed me the wrong way for a guy I actually appreciated his former-player takes on.

you do it for us on a daily basis.

Starting with your spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

That's why your here to go around correcting all that stuff. You know the "secretarial" duties.
Mariota 22/35  for 212 yards QB rating 82.0

Bortles 21/30 for 242 yards QB rating 91.3

Both QB's played average but Bortles' fumble and INT vs Mariota's QB runs was the deciding factor in terms of who played better when it came to the eye test.

Be careful. You're teetering on hater level with that attitude. How dare you observe these two qbs.
i didnt catch his rant but this kind of bugs me. faulk was one of my favorite football players when i was younger and i thought he was always very well spoken as a host/analyst. i never really here him go on negative rants so it surprises me a little to here he would degrade us. but whatever, we won, they lost, im happy lol.

You know I have a theory that they wanted Marriota to win badly. They were in favor of him and wanted to give the Titans love all while burying the jags. A sort of win win for them. Not to mention what's with the Eddie George intro for a jags home game. Lol way to go nfln! So at the end of it all the Jags stole a win and they were salty about it.

I actually really liked the Eddie George intro. It's not like he was bashing the Jags. The man was killing it.
