Dude Lighten Up!

Geez.... People sure are tense these days.

Why don't you lay out 10 options and we'll help you out.  Put Gerhart at number 11 so we don't have to consider him.

Yo I usually like reading what you have to say. I usually agree with most things I read from you.

Didn't know you were like this, though. I'm sorry about whatever happened to you this week.

All I asked was if Yeldon was out and Gerhart and Robinson were playing.. Who would you rather have? I value starters and carries. I didn't say I was starting them man. What if Yeldons injury lingers and he's out 2-3 more weeks? Would you rather Robinson or someone like Buck Allen? I'll take the starter.
Quote:That team did not dominate us.  The momentum turned and we were rolling before the Grant fumble.  That was the back breaker.

Also, our D started out awful then pulled together some respectable games.  Not bottom 5.
Correction, bottom 7. We also lost 6 games by 14 points or more.

We had a one point lead when Grant fumbled. Hardly "rolling". The Jaguars might of maybe had " momentum" but they had only actually started to pull away before the half, and that momentum was erased once the defense stepped on the field. Not exactly a shocker what happened after the half with this coaching staff. They held us to 55 total rushing yards, 2/8 for third down conversions, and you already know how bad the defense [BAD WORD REMOVED] the sheets.

Bortles, Hurns, and Robinson had to literally put the team on their backs to keep it from becoming a blowout.

Sorry, but when the score is 24-38 until 2:50 left in the 4th quarter, where you would need a miracle to actually win the game, the game wasn't nearly as close as alot of people think.

I'm hoping that all of our defenders are back to full strength by the bye week and given time to be acklimated. Actually let's include the entire roster as well...

NH3...

D-Rob being back is huge

If Yeldon is out Denard will have a big week.

Quote:D-Rob being back is huge
Agreed. Hopefully these clowns give him more carries.

I'm too lazy to go back and check, but what were toby's stats last year against the tin horns, and what were shoelace's? That should give you your answer.

And if not. Dude, the albino rhino is probably not getting more than 10 touches. He's been pathetic this year.

Pick up shoelace.

Yeah man I picked up Robinson. Last year Gerhart had 50 yards and that goal line TD on Thursday night. If neither Yeldon or Robinson play, then I'll pick up Gerhart and make a decision on Sunday.

Cool. I just wouldn't expect a td from the albino rhino ever again. He's really looked awful this year. I think if shoelace is playing this Sunday and yeldon is out, he'll be getting the vast majority of rb touches.

Heck, Grant may get more touches then Toby!!

Agreed. Only chance of a Gerhart TD is goal line situation, which happened against the Titans last year. I got lucky.

Plus I love rooting for DRob and cringe seeing Gerhart back there haha
Quote:Still worried about the Oline.. Watt and Clowney... :pinch: Sounds like a good game to let Mr. Henne go under center while Blake heals that AC joint.
couldnt agree anymore
Quote:Wait. So, if these players all return from injury, that's a good thing and it could help the team win. But, pointing out that they've missed playing time due to injury and that this can impact the success/failure of this team is called an excuse?

Hahahaha hold up....whenever a player gets injured and a fan expresses concern, you would be the first one to start howling about "wetting your pants" over injuries and "next man up." Now they are a valid excuse for you. You are such a hypocrite.

Don't use common sense.  It's not common around here.

I'm not sure what one issue has to do with the other. When a player is injured, you're more than welcome to freak out all you want BEFORE we know what the actual injury is and the extent. Pardon me for not joining you drama queens in your never ending need to live in the land of worst case scenario without all the information.

I'm pretty sure you have no idea what the word hypocrite means, and it absolutely has no bearing in my comment. Fortunately for you, I'm not surprised you'd get confused here as to what my point was.

You are most likely one of the high minded folks who obsess over injuries, pulling the chicken little routine every time a player gets hurt, declaring it to be devastating. Then, when the team struggles, you are one of those who dismiss injuries as an "excuse" because it doesn't suit your agenda to admit injuries hurt a team. That wouldn't allow you to pick up the pitchfork and torch blaming Gus or whoever the target of the day is for the attention deficit crowd. Then, to cap it off, when players are coming back from injuries, suddenly their return will help turn the fortunes of the team around.

Now, if I'm looking for a hypocrite, I'd say that kind of behavior from injury to return meets the standard.

Good god your obnoxious FBT. I know a lot of people gave out about TMD but it appears to me that the only difference between you and him are that your slightly more eloquent and are an Admin so you can't get banned. Chill out ,take your own sigs advice if you find posters to be below your legendary intellect.
Nice Bortles, I can actually watch the game.
