Crazy hearing things like this happening across the sea,makes me so grateful to live in my country where even the police don't have guns.

Thoughts go out to the victims.

does anyone else not see anything weird about how constantly shootings happen? Seems like they've really picked up in the last few years. smells fishy

It's all those behavior modification experiments the government's been doing starting to take hold.

My comment wasn't a dig at your country don't take it personally.Yeah freedom fighters/terrorists depending on which side of the fence you sit on,Ireland's been pretty peaceful for some time now.

Am I the only one that finds it odd that when something like this is going down, people immediately start posting to twitter rather than take cover?

The only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is to have a good guy with a gun there

Also how quick people are to point this as a "Gun Free Zone" when in fact it was not a gun free zone.  A 2011 decision in oregon banned public campuses from prohibiting guns on campus.

Or are you stating that someone with a CC permit could have had a firearm and possibly stopped the action sooner?
