I guess this has become the #FireBradley thread..

Why do our GM and Owner not recognize the value of experience in players and coaches?  Look at the best teams, most of them have TWO or MORE current and former head coaches on their teams, and we don't even have one.  I am not going to research the litany of them, but it is very obvious.

Bellichick has Josh McDaniels..  SB champs..     Is there any way to coerce McDaniels down here with zillions of dollars?  He seems about the best candidate in the league perhaps.  Bellichick training, and Bellichick approval.  Call Bellichick a cheater if you like, but he is still the best coach in the NFL.  The biggest reason being his marriage to fundamental football.

So many around here always say, "oh, they won't come here".  Nonsense, money talks..  power too.  Give the incoming some of both.  But pay up, and get the BEST that is out there.  We could have won Reid, but did we even try?  That was a huge miss... (I said so at the time too).  Same on FA's...

We should be looking for not one, but TWO new coaches at least.  And another QB to either back up Bortles, or front him up.

It seems clear to me now that my initial concerns were all correct..   too much inexperience.  Now we look like an also-ran NFL team, still the laughingstocks.

Make some use of Bradley beyond Clemons..  get Chancellor somehow.

We have alot of getting to do if we are ever to climb out of the abyss we are in.

It could be that Khan is just CHEAP, and if so, we will NEVER win..

Yeah. Khan is cheap. That is why he has spent 100 million dollars out of his pocket on various upgrades around the stadium.

Oh god, McDaniels....really?

Quote:IDK whos worse him or Gus at this point

Then there is probably a lot more you don't know..

Just another moronic suggestion. Hire the guy who alienated an entire organization and was a total disaster.
Another post filled with brilliance. A lot of folks thinking they can run a billion dollar organization and better than 31 other teams.
lol...    this from the Gabby, JDR, Shack supporters..  make that athletic-supporters..

Quote:Need to face the reality that a big name quality coach is not going to come here nor will the organization pay enough to lure somebody here.

We are stuck with what we got, and hoping that Bradley does learn and the lightbulb comes on, as pathetic as that situation sounds.
Not necessarily true...there very well could be some coaches who would LOVE to be the "one who turned around the crappy team"...It would be a great resume entry for whoever can do it

Don't blame other people for your terrible suggestions
What is the history of success for Belichick assistants when they leave the fold for other teams?

How'd McDaniel do in his last head coaching gig with a decent Broncos roster?

If we're going to fire Bradley, I really hope we don't go out and just get another failed retread like Josh McDaniels.

Khan is now cheap? Lol just when you think you have heard it all.
I would LOVE to be cheap and be able to spend 100 millions.

Experience?

First, Marrone was a head coach last year.

Second, our staff has a ton of experience in the roles that they are in. We have how many former OCs surrounding Bortles? And Jerry Sullivan has been coaching WRs since the Vietnam War.
Inject more talent and he will look better. Even you guys admit we have no game changers, yet you post ridiculous expectations like 7-9 wins. Not happening.
ive said we are 6-10 at best

this was my thought last week.

I don't know about that. I think some of us forger last year... AR15 looked very promising before getting hurt in London. Hurns also looked very good. Clay Harbor was also good fur big chunks of yards when he was utilized, same with marcedes...

I think we all expect Robinson and hurns to be improved from last year.

It's disappointing that week one was a no show for all our guys.

But I'm not sure you can say that we didn't have potential play makers going into week 1
Pros - Pretty much none other than satisfying a few on this board.

Cons - It would be a very stupid move.

Quote:It doesn't matter what the Pros and Cons are with firing Bradley, if this team continues its woes like this for another 4-5 weeks, he HAS to go, period.  There is no "pros" to keep him longer at that point.
yeah.... cuz clearly BRADLEY is the reason we aren't winning.
