Quote:One thumb up for D'onta FOREMAN. Foreman is one of the most enigmatic RBs in this class. Big and impressively agile for his size, but doesn't finish his runs nearly as powerful as he should. Fills a nice need for the Jets though, and will pair well with Bilal Powell.Haha Foreman my bad.. was so tired last night.
Agreed with your analysis also

The Eagles are on the clock, but we're going to have to make the pick for Achilles. He posted a little ways up in this thread that someone else can have his picks. So...
The Eagles already picked a CB in round one, so now they need their WR.

Quote:With the 41st pick in the draft, the Cincinnati Bengals select CB/KR Adoree Jackson, USC.One thumb down. I think pass rusher is clearly the biggest need and Charles Harris being this late would have been exceptional. If they did insist on a corner I find it hard to believe Jackson is more appealing than Tre White.

Quote:No thanks. The Bengals run a 4-3 and at only 235 lbs., Harris needs to be a 3-4 OLB. The Bengals need a little more "meat" on the edge. This is a deep DE class, so Cincinnati will wait to take a pass rusher. No need to reach here. Taking Adoree' Jackson gives them a playmaker in the secondary to go with last year's pick, William Jackson. Adoree' can also return kicks. He will basically take the role of Adam Jones, who should be cut for his constant off the field brushes with the law.I agree with him. Harris could have gone 20 picks later without anyone blinking an eye, and would be fine as a 4-3 DE.

Quote:Two thumbs up. Bout time. I know some are off put by his extremely advanced age (25 by draft time) or by his lack of experience, but he ain't lasting nearly this long. If he was a normal 21-22 year old prospect he would probably be a lock for the top dozen picks. He might be anyway.
RT Mike Remmers is a FA and a huge liability in pass protection. I doubt he is brought back as a starter and I've read several articles where it is very likely the Panthers could cut LT Michael Oher. That leaves a huge, gaping hole at both OT spots. I was surprised Bolles fell to this spot. He is an immediate starter at one of those positions, most likely LT as the Panthers should add a RT later in the draft. I debated whether to take Ramczyk in round 1, but I saw too much quality at CB early on and pass defense was a huge liability for the Panthers in 2016. Having one of the few solid LT prospects like Bolles fall to them in round 2, is a minor miracle.

Quote:The Saints select Jarrad Davis,LB, FloridaOne thumb up. Could be two thumbs up in a draft do over if he stays healthy, which is by far his biggest question mark. On the field there is little question about him. He has size, athleticism, can lay the wood, and can cover well for an ILB.

Adoree' Jackson is more of a ballhawk and is a dynamic return man as well. I believe he is a first round pick. Who ever we picked, needs to fill the same role Adam Jones did. Harris is just too small to play in a conventional 4-3 scheme. Like I said, he either needs to go to a 3-4 team as an OLB or a team that plays a 4-3 hybrid where he can be a LEO. I wouldn't touch as a 4-3 DE until he added some major weight on his frame. DE is a need, but this is a deep draft at edge rusher and there are much better fits for the Bengals scheme. I don't wanna reach for someone I don't feel is a good fit.

Fine ancillary bonus, but if a key part of the desire is special teams I think you're weighing it far too much. I think Tre White is a significantly better corner. Heck, a large portion of evaluators think Jackson should be a WR.

I think you'd be crazy to pick Kamara or Foreman ahead of Kareem Hunt

Carson Wentz has been throwing to Juju Shuster and Cooper Kupp all week to scout them so they are looking at those guys at least.
I'd give the Eagles Hunt or Carlos Henderson.

If it's still my picks anyone can take them. I've been a little too busy to keep track with who was already taken and won't have time to catch up until about 6 tonight so anyone can feel free to go.

According to Mayock it should be Cooper Kupp or Zay Jones.

Interesting...
My vote is for Cooper Kupp.

I disagree. I have Jackson with a late 1st round grade and White with a mid 2nd. Both are good, but I see Jackson with much better ball skills. Evaluators are stupid if they think Jackson should be a WR. The guy had 4 picks and 11 PD. I saw him three times last year and he made big plays in all three games on defense. He really stood out. No way, I move him from CB.

Foreman is definitely better in my opinion, but I take Hunt ahead of Kamara, all day.
