Makes it a federal crime as opposed to a state crime, and those are often messier trials with harsher sentences.
Even before this, I couldn't take Jared seriously as a pitch man. I couldn't see him without thinking of two of South Park's best episodes: "City Wok" and "Jared Has Aides".
