I’m curious what the sentencing looks like, are the stupid enough to try and send him to jail? That would be the dumbest move from here.

Actually it won't. Independent polls something like 80% wont vote for a convicted felon and 20% GOP have said the same.

Even if only half of that is true he can't win.

Exactly right.  This wont sway anyone on the fence to vote for Trump.  And voting for a convicted felon will weigh heavily on some of his supporters too.

How can the one juror who only gets their news from Trump Social not say no?

People act like this the worse it’s ever been, it’s not even that bad right now.

It is that bad. A politicized judiciary is not what our founding fathers wanted.

Politicized judiciary is nothing new. Again you don’t want war and if you think that’s a solution your either thirteen with no responsibilities or a total idiot that has no idea what that means.

I think we will have civil unrest no matter who wins the election.  The losing side will act up.

I read an opinion piece this morning that had it exactly right.  We've started to enjoy hating each other.

There's nothing they can do to stop him besides killing him. He will be our next President.

Regardless of who wins in November, we will have four more years of bare-toothed pearl clutching.

I think most people are experiencing rage fatigue. Biden and Trump are vestiges of that era. Once they’re gone, things will become a little more civil.

Please don't pretend that the civil unrest you speak of is equal on both sides.

The writer of the opinion piece you read likely did their own part in the divide they speak of.

If Trump doesn't win in 2024, he will be back just as strong in 2028, as a "non-criminal" I might add. His base will have only grown and our grand dads RINO GOP will be another 4 years away from relevance.

If they were actually smart, they would do whatever it takes to make him win right now.

See you at the booth in November. Hope you at least have enough sense not to double down on your globalist puppet of a president.

Agreed. Civil unrest is nothing new. Justice being abused here or not served is nothing new. We really do need to figure this out and start mending fences.

If we start killing each other over this? We're just begging for exactly what the Globalist's and WEF want.

They'll turn the military against us. They'll bring over NATO to assist and they'll put us on curfew and notice immediately.

It's the last thing we want to happen. This also gives the green-light to the East to start pushing their own agenda's faster to tip the scale of power in their favor.

Our resources are stretched thin enough as it is. Hounds of hell over there are just licking their chops and lapping up our division, our incompetence and our identity politics.

The United States is in the middle of a midlife crisis. It's only taken roughly 247 years for it to happen, but, it's here. We have to stand together. We have to work through this and we have to vote in confidence.

I don't care where you lean nor tilt fully in the political arena. We have to start lining up these people better and we have to start calling them out for who they really are and who they really work for.

Because it sure as [BLEEP] is not us, we, the people.

The left causes civil unrest that is less severe but more frequent.
The right gets folks killed on the more rare occasions that they are behind the civil unrest.  See Charlottesville and Jan 6.

Neither side gets to gloat and blame the other, either way.
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.

Who died on January 6th besides the unarmed Trump supporter shot by a Capitol police officer with a history of poor decision making? I'll wait ...

Also, minimizing the havoc Soros funded democratic groups gave wreaked on our country is irresponsible, but on par for you.

I've been thinking this same thing for a while. I may be wrong, but I've come to the conclusion that if anything were to happen to Trump, I see MAGA backing another like candidate. I think the carelessness, irresponsibility, hatred and malcontent has woken up a huge majority of the country.

I think if anything vital happens to Trump, his policies and spirit will live on with the next MAGA candidate.

In other words, I think these Libs and Dems [BLEEP] themselves into oblivion and should make them irrelevant for a long, long time.

My problem with this case is the way Bragg used federal law, which he is not entitled to enforce, to turn misdemeanors into felonies.

Like I said before, I have seen CEOs all over the place put personal expenses on the company books.  Driving company cars, calling an Italian vacation a "business trip," going to Ruth Chris for a business lunch, getting a CEO's lawn mowed at company expense, and so on and so on.  It happens a thousand times a day.  It's the reason we need so many IRS agents- people cheat all the time.

Yes, Trump put a personal expense on company books, but as I understand it, that's a state misdemeanor, and it only became a felony when Bragg said it was for the purpose of influencing an election, but that is a federal crime, and Bragg is not entitled to enforce federal crimes.

Trump is a dirtbag and the most dishonest person I've ever become aware of, but that doesn't change the fact that this case was a real stretch and I think there's a good chance it will be overturned on appeal.
