Problem I see is the Lot J replacement. Khan wants all the money from that. There is a reason he is only asking for 10-15% of that. He wants all ownership as it could bring in year round revenue while the stadium only gets him ~9 home games.

City needs to think about if they just want property and sales taxes or if they want profits. Then figure out if they think investing in it will be profitable without any infrastructure to get there without driving.

I do not believe we know how anyone that is a decision maker in the deal thinks.  How could they until negotiations begin.

If I'm on the city side of negotiations - I'm pushing to get a piece of the pie on the adjacent businesses. Specifically a portion of lease revenue.
