Ah, blame the messenger.  As long as you avoid responsibility in your own mind.

This forum has no audio and no video from me.  Yet you are sure you know what my tone is.  Odd.

Can you give me an example of "unbiased data" on this subject, data that is also relevant to the question of if man should be alarmed about man-made climate change?

When the messenger's attitude is restricting the delivery of the message, then yes, I do blame the messenger.  Believe it or not, I'm trying to help you here.  By the way, what do you perceive me to be avoiding?  I've never expressed any position on the climate change theory/argument in this forum.

Not odd at all.  Tone in writing reflects the author's attitude towards the subject matter or audience.  I believe most professional writers would tell you it's of huge significance.

First of all, drop the "alarmed" language (It expresses your tone) and the "man-made" premise (That's your conclusion).

Ha! You? Trying to help me?
If you know how to convince people of my points better than I can do it, why don't you show us all and just argue my side? Join me!
But here is how I've been wording my point:  "I think humanity should be alarmed about man made climate change".  Somehow you think you're the next Frank Luntz and you're going to reword this so as to reach more people.  You said I should not use the words "alarmed" and "man made".  What words would you recommend instead? Wouldn't new words totally change my meaning?

Probably at least a couple of years past time tbh. I know it’s not realistic but there should be age limits to hold public office. We have them for commercial pilots and some other types of occupations.
I'm condescending. That means I talk down to you.

It only takes 25 republican senators to remove him from his leadership position.
Where are they on this? Why is all the pressure on Mitch only?

This was touched on in a TV report. The people who work with him on a daily basis don’t witness these freeze ups and say his mental acuity is sharp.

Dr. Marc Siegel, who’s says he is not a neurologist or qualified to make a diagnosis of this sort says that in conversations he’s had with people who are qualified, these episodes almost certainly indicate Parkinson’s.

Like Mitch's cronie handlers would report him of incapacity.. You don't slaughter your prize, meal ticket chicken if you love the eggs.

Anyone who doubts we should do anything about climate change and CO2 emissions can answer this one.  Should answer this one.
What new piece of data would, if it was proven true, cause you to change your mind? Cause you to be alarmed about climate change? Can you imagine one?

I think you like to boink pigs. I am going to need money from everyone on this board to protect pigs, unless you can provide data that proves you don't like to boink pigs. I'm sure I could get others to testify to your pig boinking tendencies.

Do you have any evidence that I do this?

Because I have evidence that the planet is warming up, evidence that the warming correlates to increases in CO2 in the atmosphere, and evidence that the extra CO2 comes from human activity.

Besides the freezes, no one has any reason to question them. McConnell is still mentally sharp.

Thoughts on Maui and potential DEW's being used? There's apparently 2,000+ kids missing. No water was allowed to be used. No alarms were sounded, etc.

It's all barred off now. I liked Biden's little tweet last week about Maui. About being laser focused on the situation. Nice, subtle jab maybe.

FYI. DEWs are real. Direct Energy Weapons. There's military demonstration videos of it online everywhere. It can be fitted on planes and naval ships.

Just odd. There's talks about it being rebuilt as a smart city or smart island. Similar to the talks about the Palestine, OH derailment disaster.

Just reeks of deliberate actions and now deliberate cover up.

‘It feels like an apocalyptic movie’: life in East Palestine six months after toxic train crash | Ohio | The Guardian

Doesn't sound like much has improved.

Exactly.  And there is bickering about who will clean up what and when.  Lawsuits are being filed.

No one wanted to build anything there, I'm sure they could have bought the land easily there if they wanted.

Maui has a documented history of them planning to build a smart city. The issue is the people don't want to sell for any price and it's hard to do it without being able to start over.

Arson by a couple of evil people I would believe.
But not by a whole government.  That's a 9/11 or moon landing scale conspiracy.

It doesn't need to be done by the government. I am not signing onto any conspiracy theory with this thing, but you moderates still can't wrap your brains around the power elites have in our country. It's ridiculous. The only thing that keeps the rich and powerful from doing these things is an incorruptible government and a clean conscience. Neither are readily available in our society.

The elites can buy off prosecutors sometimes.  And that's bad.  Dual sovereignty is our partial solution to that.  Much harder to buy off the local guys and the fed at the same time.  It's worth discussion, and I'm not naive on this, but I don't think any amount of money in the world would buy off the prosecutors for this type of arson.
