That is To Be Determined.  It is all about the campaign fund dollars. Where, What they are spent on. Who gets consulting dollars etc.   After the election all monies not spent belong to the candidate.  Why do you think Bernie Sanders kept running all those times?  Guys never had a job other than political. The current fund is Titled in the Joe/Kamela's name. Joe controls it unless he withdraws. He has total control, however, he can if he wants cede it to Kamela. I believe his son and wife have no intention of allowing that to happen. So the negotiations continue....

Underground housing is not a new concept.  Having grown up in southeastern Ohio it was a common practice of cutting into a hillside with the entire house underground with the exception of the front entrance.  Often the entire entryway was a glass front to add light to the living and dining area.  This was a common practice in the late 70’s and early 80’s.

Right, when the hillside is already there it's cheaper.
The first generation of whites to migrate to the Great plains often made "dugout" houses for themselves. This was due to a lack of lumber. Circumstances change, housing changes.

They are laying the groundwork to bring back the Draft by broaching the topic gently (Euros are setting this up, etc) and getting it into the discussion. If Washington came out tomorrow and said, "We've instituted the Draft, numbers will be drawn on Wednesday" people would lose their minds. Doing it this way eases it onto the table and by the time they do it they will have posted enough articles to engender enough support that the dumb half of our Country will be all in favor of it. And when you see how Democrats would benefit from sending the white conservative males in this Country off to war you begin to see WHY they are doing it.

I read a different article regarding European countries bringing back conscription and was impressed with Norway's system of having 20+ thousand active military members but can call up to a million 'reservists' if needed. I wonder how often those citizen soldiers train.

I read a different article regarding European countries bringing back conscription and was impressed with Norway's system of having 20+ thousand active military members but can call up to a million 'reservists' if needed. I wonder how often those citizen soldiers train.

I worked with a lot of Norwegians when I was a government contractor.  Their system is very different from ours.  It's pretty much a "normal job" to them (they can quit at any time or be fired for any number of reasons).  I'm not sure how their "army" works since I dealt with aircrews (pilots, flight engineers, sensor operators, etc.), but I remember one pilot instructor in particular that told me that he was "quitting" to take on a new job of the equivalent of our Secret Service.  I asked him if he needed to finish his term (as in enlistment contract) and he told me that they don't have contracts.
