I would be calling him up and saying listen, if we draft you and you sign, we will give you x amount, and then give him a decent contract. Cause it sounds like he's gonna be a FA and you only can pay them so much as I understand, and no one is gonna draft him if he's not signing.

Hull reminds me of the movie Rudy. The guy is small, lacks power and is not very athletic. So what's to like? Well, he's a Penn State LB, and like all PSU LBs, he's extremely smart and plays with outstanding effort. Thing is, in the NFL he'll never be more than a backup LB and ST specialist.
