Quote:Wow the Eagles just got a 3rd rounder in 2016 NFL Draft, for trading their 4th.

That's normally how it works.
Think Browns take Hundley??
Everytime I see that Nationwide commercial, I keep hoping jugghead would just choke on that chicken parm..
Guess not lol
Wonder if Dave will try to use that 7th to move back up?

Possibly. We just got our safety. WR is the only other position not addressed yet.
Look at Ernest!

They should take a WR I dont understand why they hate drafting WRs lol

I wonder if we us the extra 7 on L.Collins or trade up
I don't see Sample starting this year short of maybe a game or two late in the season. Listening to Andy Dengler it sounds like he'll compete at both S spots as depth.

Wait so the Browns called first but we took the Jets 7th? What did Cleveland offer first?

Why would we spend a pick on a guy who won't sign?

The Jets pick was only one pick back. And the Browns offer must've been the same thing.
I have to say Dave in 3 drafts Dave has only picked one guy I didnt know who they were, Over 50% of Gene picks I didnt know who they were and I watch all the draft season stuff from SR bowl to combine and work outs and college football

I don't go as far as Riddick, but...

I ALWAYS expected a Gene pick to be someone I didn't know.

Chris Prosinski...ugh
This is a bully-building draft for our jags. Common theme among all of these picks is they are very intense players
Another thing about James Sample

KYjaggy beat me to it.

Can't believe Ajayi is falling so far. Is there something not known about him?

I like Kenny Bell out of Nebraska if we address receiver.
From fansided.com...

POSITIVES: very aggressive in pursuit…good short-burst speed…quick sideline-to-sideline movement…very rangy, does a great job of moving around the field…pretty disciplined with his field positioning, doesn’t get overaggressive and give up ground…disciplined in taking angles, can quickly recognize if the ballcarrier is going to change their route, and he adjusts his path accordingly…capable of contributing in the box as a blitzer…could grow into a nice, physical build with a good strength and conditioning program.

NEGATIVES: could stand to add some weight…tackling form is questionable, has a tendency to throw his shoulders into defenders rather than wrapping them up and using his midsection…rather untested in coverage, usually was given coverage responsibility for tight ends who were not thrown to…was a one-year wonder at Louisville after leaving Washington and spending time in junior college.
