Every year its the same thing. People over psyching themselves over certain players only to be let down on draft day. The Jacksonville Jaguars by the way got one of the best players at ANY position in this draft, and thats a fact. Dante Fowler is a very good player and extremely versatile. He will be a great asset to this team. Unlike Vic Beasley, Fowler can play LEO, end, any outside linebacker position and offers more than just Rushing the passer. Don't know why anyone would complain. 

 

I think people get way to caught up in this draft nonsense. You got the brigade tonight throwing temper tantrums because they constantly are wrong on any draft speculations that Jaguars under Caldwell are doing. You got people staring threads warning Caldwell that he's "on a  short lease and possibly fired". What are you all complaining about? Because we did not select the player you though was supposed to be selected? Its childish and pathetic the behavior NFL fans portray when it comes to off season things like this. 

 

I think we got a really good football player who's got a Gus Bradley personality. Who wants to be a Jaguar, who's dream was to play for us, and fits a HUGE need for this team. Give him a chance and even if you are upset with the pick, realize that we really did get one of the best players in this draft.

Yes...it seems like he's just traumatized by it. You've crushed him. Really.

He played all over in a variety of positions at Florida. Staying in the Leo position should allow him to get more sacks.

Y'all arguing with morons, really? Anyone with a brain knew this was not only a great pick, but consensus. He's probably the second best defender in this draft behind Leonard Williams and fits a bigger need. Caldwell's a needs drafter, we got one of the best players in the draft. 

 

Let the children scream and cry till they get tired. They eventually will fall asleep.

I think the majority are fine with the pick. Not sure what more the team can do besides land the best possible players at positions of need.
