I just found it, Nov. 20, 2014.  The charge will be reduced to a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct if he stays out of trouble for 6 months.  May 20, 2015, is the earliest possible date of the resolution of the marijuana possession charge.

I was wondering this as well, if he is allowed to it would be an awesome first step. I hope for the best but I am still very nervous.
