Of course they didn't, it's just funny that you, like a significant portion of the left, are whining about it now.

 

I'm not an expert and don't claim to be, I just tend to judge political type people by the reaction of the left. Since you are in full breakdown mode I'm ok with her appointment. I'm more along the lines of Malabar in this area, I don't think the department should exist at all, but if it has to then I'm glad the left has something else to cry about. The whole system is clearly broken, I don't get why you're so upset about what appears to be a huge change from previous policy. Oh wait, Trump...yeah, now I know why.
