Quote:you forgot to put quotes around "your" comments lol

I'm sure you're sitting around somewhere drinking your wine spritzer and smirking self-contentedly at that witticism, but meanwhile nobody else has any idea what the hell you're talking about.
Quote:I don't recall seeing hb claiming Henne gives this team the best chance to win.

And after today, you never will. If he'd played the whole game though, then he'd still be saying it. You would too.
Quote:And maybe they had a legitimate concern about protecting him behind a line that was cobbled together on Wednesday? Yeah, that couldn't be possible, right?

But that concern disappeared after they played so well in the first half.

Or they have screwed up and he should have started. Na, that can't be it.
I think it's pretty clear the staff made a mistake starting Henne the first 3 games.
Quote:Can't wait to hear how Henne paved the way for Bortles by FBT.

Lol.... FBT is on a TMD level backpedal right now.
Quote:What am I hiding from exactly?

It made sense down 30-0 to put the rookie in to see what he can do. Boy, that really showed me, right?

um....

Quote:But we should trot the savior out there because that fixes everything.

I'm sorry, but I honestly prefer watching Henne taking every hit, whether it's his fault or not, until we can at least comfortably say the line is at a point where we can run the ball, and marginally protect the QB.  Henne taking a beating doesn't jeopardize the franchise one bit.

So how much better is our line now that it was before?

you got him lol!

Nice troll attempt.

The thing is, he always drills into TMD for being a flip-flopper. He has zero self-awareness. Neither of the two ego-maniacs could ever use the words "I was wrong" because it would cut too deep into their already low self-esteems.

Quote:As Gus said on the radio Thursday, Chad is the heart and soul of this team.
He was, when they were 3 and out specialists. That was the problem. Big Grin

Haha very true.
gotta love the henne apologists. only a blind few could swallow their lies of competition, the "right time".  Bradley wouldn't let bortles win the job, instead henne had to lose it.  which is a shame for bortles and the fans.  most fans are just happy bortles is in now.  but you can mark down these three games, as the three that lost Bradley and Caldwell a lot of trust and faith from the fans.  they aren't getting it back until they actually win games now.

but hey enjoy towing the company line, its good exercise.

To be fair, 40% of the line is different than it was last week(the starting RT from last week isn't even on the roster) and they did a lot better today than they did last week, even before Bortles came in.

how much worse is the colts pass rush than the redskins or eagles cole/ orakpo/ kerrigan to werner?

added bowanko replaced mclendon and young bradfield so nobody got anyone

at the end of the day as much as you might want to see it no one that i've seen has ever said henne was better than bortles or gave us the best chance to win

all i've ever said and i'm sure i will be greeted by huge cries of flip fopping but hey ho tis the intenet is what's the point of starting him early if starting him later would make him a better qb, that in my opinion watching coverage from the sideline and getting used to nfl speed would help him in the longterms so starting henne now gave us a better chance to win in 2015 and beyond

is 3 more loosing games worth those 2 picks becoming two completed passes or 2 balls thrown away

is loosing 35-3 compared to 35-21 worth what could possibly hinder bortles development?

to me no...

at the end of the day we will never know

we will also never know if sitting him had any effect on his development whatsoever and frankly i couldn't give a flying font

whatever the reason i saw a qb willing to push the ball down the fields willing to take risks for the big play that energised our entire fanbase by just stepping onto the field and i'll support him til i'm blue in the face

so yeah if it helps you fell betteryou got me

So, once again, saying I'd prefer to see Henne taking the beating until the line is up to the task of marginally protecting the qb is a flip flop how exactly? Because they put Bortles in today? It just keeps getting better and better.

The line saw two new starters today. When Pasztor returns, that will be yet another change in personnel. You do understand how offensive lines develop, right?

Quote:you got him lol!
How exactly? I'm still waiting for you to provide a quote that supports your claim about something I have never said. You're simply incapable of producing one because it doesn't exist, and for you to read the quoted content above and think that got me shows just how challenged you are with comprehension.

What do you do for a living? I'm assuming you're not old enough to have a job.

Wait. Logic? This is wasted on "rocdee". Is there some way you could equate this to some Madden reference?

Interesting, and see I was sure you'd just go with an old standby like "fry cook". But instead you got creative and called him a child.

Good one.

Feel free to point out what exactly I was wrong about.

Good one.
Simply based on the juvenile posting style void of logic or reason.

Btw, TMD is a cook.

Interesting you chose to ignore the rest of that post.
