I chuckled.

I think the Eagles offense will be good but not great. Losing 82 receptions, 1300 yards and 9 touchdowns from Desean Jackson will not make them better. That's 1/3 of Foles' touchdowns from one player. Teams now have tape on them and the defense isn't dominant. 

 

Now I don't think my jags are great just yet but I see this game a littl ecloser than most. 27-23 iggles

Doesn't sound like a guy who is going to lead us to many victories.

I think this is a game that plays to Hennes strengths.  Eagles D line is going to maul over our slapped together Oline so the short passes, quick slants and screens might be our only chance.  I do have faith our D can keep the game closer then people think but it will take some creativity because their Oline is good.  I still think its a definite loss though but not a blowout.   On the bright side after a few losses maybe they give in and start Bortles and we can be excited on Sunday

That, and the fact he has had 11 300+ yard passing games in the past 6 years, 10 of those probably being garbage yards against prevent defenses.

Not only that but it usually takes Henne upwards of 45-50 attempts to reach said 300+ yards...

Im a believer in the black vs white effect, but 78 degrees?  come on, that is December temps for us.

Right.  Because last year he broke 300 yards twice on 42 and 36 attempts. 

 

In 2012, he did it twice on 33 and 51 attempts. 

 

In 2011 he had a 400+ yard game that took 49 attempts. 

 

2010, he had 3 300+ yard games.  44, 38, and 30 attempts. 

 

I think that's digging back far enough to show that he's averaging about 40 attempts per 300 yard game.  Swing and a miss.

He's averaging 7.5 YPA on his 300 yard games? Thats almost certainly a swing and a miss.
