Such proof does not exist. Therefore, you keep throwing those "near miss" cases at me. Those are irrelevant, and not worthy of a response.

You've done it for several responses and pages now, but you have yet to name a single person who was proven innocent post-execution. One day you might make a convincing argument. Also, ill have to confirm that 46 out of 48 European nations are in that same boat.

Just one guy that has been proven innocent after Florida has executed. Just one. This isn't rocket science, even for a junior lawyer.
