Quote:Hageman wasn't making it past Chicago.  At worst it was a 4 spot reach.

However JC's trade with Oakland was beyond terrible, as was passing on Teddy.  And he passed on Bortles 3 times.

If taking Teddy at three was realistic, it would be indicated by a LACK of redundant Teddy threads. Folks will tell you what they think by their deeds, not words.

Thy steeds are nervous, sire.

Let's move on....

High Score can you pin this thread and the actual pick thread to the top of the college football section?

Please?

Thank You!

Titans have been passed and the Giants have a couple more hours until they are passed as well.

The forward pass will never catch on.
How's your little mock draft coming along boys?

Picks are pinned to the top of this college football section.
Good value selection by the Tacks. I personally think Bortles is a second rounder but compared to where all the other mock drafts have him, that was a great pickup.

I don't mind the Bortles pick. Jake Locker couldn't hit sand if he fell off a camel.
Quote:I agree with NYC here, it's pretty cool to just sit back with some popcorn and watch you guys fight your way through this. Looks like a couple have gotten out of the playpen but others have jumped in..

On "The Trade"...I initially didn't like it but after watching JC defend the Hageman (sp?) pick and seeing that the Jags have moved up a few spots in the second round, I have come to realize yet again that there's more ways than one to skin a cat. He's added a potential stud to the DL, will add a solid player in the second and has moved up a little in the third and added a pick later to the mix.

I'm staying tuned and putting another log on the fire.

Ra'Shede is a terrific story.

great pick, Bortles will be a good QB
Okay JC.. your man crush is spilling out your jeans. Wink

Quote:You can have my giants pick. Jungle cat ruined this whole thing anyway. Not interested anymore

Since his pick his about to expire, I'm making it.

Let er rip.
Bortles to Tennessee. .seems the QB class of '11 will go down as a flop aside from Cam. Jury still out on Dalton and Kap. Have they benefited from a strong supporting class? Makes me anxious about this years QB crop but I think Teddy will be the Cam of this years class. I wish nothing bad on any prospect and only the best..it does pain me to see Bortles to go to the Tacks.

nice analysis, if you can't tell us why you don't like the pick, why even post this?
Giants have picked.

Robinson will surely help the Giants' rushing game.
