Now we know what the matchups are for all BCS conference championship games next week.

Pacific 12: Stanford vs. Arizona State

Big Ten: Ohio State vs. Michigan State

ACC: Florida State vs. Duke

SEC: Auburn vs. Missouri

I will add their rank numbers when they change.

What do you expect to happen at these games?

Stanford

MSU

FSU

Auburn
If you change M to O, I would agree with you.

Go Buckeyes!

Az State, OSU, FSU, Auburn.

The two big games obviously are Big10 and SEC.

Ohio St is a good team but hasnt really played anybody this year.  Sparty will be their best win if they can pull it off.  Wouldnt surprise me in the slightest to see the Buckeyes lose.  All they need to do is win, but would be nice to see them win convincingly.  Make you feel a little better about seeing them in the title game.

If Buckeyes lose then the SEC is a defacto semi-final game.  Would Mizzou be able to slow down Auburn's running game.  And would Auburn's magic/luck finally run out.  My initial hunch is I'd kinda like Mizzou in this game.  Their defensive line is stout and their WRs would pose a tough matchup for Auburn's secondary.

Stanford-Arizona St doesnt have national title implications but winner goes to Rose.  Stanford won earlier this year by 2 touchdowns in Palo Alto.

ACC title game isnt worth watching.

Stanford, OSU, FSU and Mizzou
I still cant believe Duke is in a title game.

There really is nobody in the Coastal Division that deserves to play against FSU.

They played well against a very difficult ACC schedule.

That "very difficult" schedule lacked any teams nearly as good as FSU. They will get killed in their own backyard.

And yet, still a vastly more difficult schedule than your Buckeyes.

We will find out Saturday if the Buckeyes are overrated. Because MSU was not on their regular season schedule, I really don't know anything about the Spartans except they are ranked in the top 15.

They also have the best defense in the country.

I just threw my cheerios up laughing so hard. I needed that this morning!

Very good defense.

Pitt beat them :woot:
NIU looking to go to a BCS bowl for the 2nd straight year attempting to secure a MAC championship win...but they are playing one of the top Ds in the country in BGSU who only gave up one offensive TD in the last 4 games.

I think I read somewhere that Michigan State's Defenders made contact with the ball handler behind the Line of Scrimmage on 1/3 of every play. How impressive is that?!?!? (Provided it's true, of course)

I thought NIU already clinched a berth to the MAC championship game.

One reason I hate the BCS is undefeated teams in the MAC and MWC have no chance because of the conferences they play in. A playoff would have helped Boise State and TCU several years ago.
