True, unfortunately for us we got Goofy under center

Reminds me of my early days in the Navy. Damn those were some good times.
We even had a winning team back then to top it off.
Every week we see the " 10 Keys to Victory ". Since this Jags team always seems to find a new way to lose, I thought it would be informative to list the " 5 Keys to Losing ". So here we go;
1. Missed Assignments. It's a vital ingredient to losing that at several points at crucial times in the game, one or more players steps up and misses an assignment. The best time for this is when the opponent has a 3rd down and 10 or more yards to go, or late in the game when a crucial offensive or defensive play is blown due to a missed assignment.
2. Penalties. Nothing puts a stop to victories like a penalty at a vital point in the game. The Jags must commit to making sure this occurs ( Are you paying attention, Marks?)
3. Turnovers. Blake must make sure that he focuses his complete attention on his intended receiver, right from the snap. It might be helpful, if just prior to receiving the hike, he yells out...." It's coming your way, Alan ! " Also, when throwing interceptions, make sure , Blake, that you are the only Jag in position to tackle the interceptor, then, after flinging your body on the ground, look up to the sky and ask God why he let this happen.
4.Stupid Decisions. Very important element that all losing teams practice each week. Deep-Six morale by calling for a fair catch at the one yard line, or spiking the football on fourth down to stop the clock. Make sure you use all your timeouts early in the fourth quarter so they're not available at the end of the game when they might prevent a loss. Coach Gus should challenge the referees, even when it's obvious the referee had the right call.
5. Bad Play Calling. This is very helpful to the opponents defense, and contributes mightily to losing. Throw a lot of those shallow crossing passes for 2 yard gains on 3rd and long. Call running plays when the defense has 8 or more defenders at the line of scrimmage. Throw into triple coverage. Throw 5 yard bullets and 30 yard balloons that are easy to intercept.
I am confident that we will be able to pull off this loss if we concentrate on accomplishing these factors.
Who is starting for Abry?

I'm here to take my medicine.
OK, maybe it's because it's the Bills and I have very little respect for thier QB situation... But I think we have a very good change of actually winning this game...
Plus, we beat them last year. Which means, you know... We have precedent on them, or something?
Bortles break out game today. First time with 300+ yards passing and a win.

Anchor, it just means they'll be looking for payback. Rex > Gus, Our pass rush stinks, our QB has major problems, our entire team has focus/discipline issues, and the Bills are playing at home. Also, they are still in playoff contention and play hard each week.
Sure, any given Sunday like they say, but...

If we can keep it close in the 4th we may have a shot.
Also don't know what the weather is like up there but if it's windy than Hacks may take the ball out of Blake's hands and go to the run and throw short intermediate passes. Nothing long.

Same time same place as always.
How Jaguars of us would it be to go 2-14 and get the 3rd overall pick. Pretty sure that's how it would shake out currently.
I have a feeling well get manhandled in the trenches but I'm hopin we pull a couple out of our touchies down the stretch buff is pretty banged up but rex got this team Rollin they've played good football this year
we're only 2-8? i though we were 2-9... i must be back from the future.
ANOTHER day of pain in the NFL for Jags fans, worst case scenario they keep the game close only to find spectacular way to lose it in the final seconds. I'll be following the game at work. Go Jags.

Tough break for the Jaguars not having both Abry Jones and Jared Odrick today. They seemed like two of the Jaguars top performers in Detroit last Sunday. Against a Bills team that features the run, these are practically the last players the Jaguars could afford to lose, along with # 50 and # 51.
Lags said Tyrod Taylor runs a 4.4. Not quite... He ran in the low 4.5s.

So 3 RB fumbles then?
